eBay GPSR: Add Safety Details to Listings or in Bulk

Add eBay GPSR manufacturer, safety and responsible person details to one listing, to many eBay listings, or to Catalog products with 3Dsellers.

Written by Amit Fidelman

GPSR in 3Dsellers is a set of five cards - manufacturer details, documents, safety information, hazard information and responsible persons - that describe your item's safety and quality standards for buyers in the EU and UK. You can fill them in on one eBay listing in the editor, apply them to many Active eBay listings with Set/Update GPSR in Listings Manager, or apply them to Catalog products with Set/Update GPSR in Product Catalog.

⚠️ Choosing a GPSR preset fills all five cards at once and replaces anything you already typed in them. Clicking Save GPSR preset saves the preset right away, even if you never click Update. Check the five cards before you click Update on many items.

How do I add GPSR to one eBay listing?

The listing editor in 3Dsellers has a GPSR panel headed Item Disclosure. It holds the five cards, a GPSR preset selector, a green progress bar that reads, for example, 0 of 5 complete, and the buttons Save GPSR preset and Reset.

  1. In Listings Manager, open the eBay listing in the editor.

  2. Open the GPSR panel. The editor has a New View (marked Beta) and an Old View, switched at the top right. In the New View, GPSR is a section in the list on the left, marked with a shield icon. In the Old View, a Choose View switch offers Tabs and Accordion: GPSR is a tab with a shield icon in Tabs view, and a section in Accordion view.

  3. Click Create or Add on each card you need, fill in the window that opens and click Save.

  4. Save the listing with the editor's main save button (Update Listing in the newer view, Publish Changes in the older view). The editor counts GPSR edits as unsaved changes.

What are the five GPSR cards?
