eBay CSV - How to Schedule CSV Updates & Product Imports

Schedule a CSV from a ULR or FTP connection. Update your eBay inventory, pricing, and other listing details. (Supplier CSV and Warehouse)

Schedule supplier CSVs with either:

  • Option 1:
    ​

    URL - A direct link to a .csv file
    ​
    ​Example: https://files.3dsellers.com/platform-frontend/3Dsellers-GTC-Template.csv
    ​

  • Option 2:
    ​

    FTP - Connect a webhost to use non-public CSV files.

Step 1: Upload & Mapping

  1. Upload the file with FTP or URL.

  2. Use the mapping settings to match the CSV fields with 3Dsellers:

Note: You'll also select the eBay accounts to update!

Step 2: Schedule

  1. Click the Schedule button

  2. Name the scheduled update

  3. Set a start date (set it to at least 1 hour in the future. The current upload will process immediately)

  4. Choose how often the CSV file should be processed

Step 3: Import

Click the Start Import button to begin the update.

A new Schedule rule will be added to your account.

Ensure to enable the Scheduled rule:
