What does this error mean?
These errors mean one of two things:
The listing's Package Type is missing (commonly a CSV issue)
eBay may not allow your chosen Package Type for your listing's category.
How to fix:
Edit the listing.
Visit the Policies section.
Change the Package Type.
Which Package Type to choose:
For most items and locations, eBay will accept the option Package/thick envelope.
If your item or eBay site is in Australia, eBay tends to accept the Mailing Boxes option.
What does this error mean for CSV imports?
This error occurs if
your PackageType field is set to a value that eBay doesn't recognize,
or your CSV' PackageType field is missing or not importing.
How to fix:
You will need to either:
use Bulk Actions > Quick Edit to change the Package Type,
edit the drafts individually and select a new Package Type field, or
delete your drafts and re-import with new PackageType values in your CSV.
Correct the CSV PackageType field:
Double-check your CSV's PackageType field.
A simple misspell may be the cause.
