Mark orders as shipped (without tracking)
Individually:
- In the Actions column, click the button with the Lightning Bolt icon.
- Select Mark as Shipped from the drop-down menu.
Bulk:
- Select order transactions with the checkboxes on the left.
- Select Mark as Shipped from the Bulk Actions menu.
Add tracking information
- In the Actions column, click the button with the Lightning Bolt icon.
- Select Add/change tracking number.
- In the pop-up, enter a tracking number and select your carrier.
- If the transaction includes multiple shipments, use the ( + ) button to add another tracking number.
