How to set up feedback alerts:
In Feedback Reminder, open Feedback Received (to read or reply to the feedback itself, see Leave Feedback for eBay Buyers (Auto or Manual)), then click the Alerts tab.
Under "Alert me when I receive:", all three boxes are unticked until you choose. Next to each, "Send a maximum of ... emails per day" sets a daily limit: All, or 1 to 10. Tick the kinds of feedback you want an alert for (negative, neutral, and positive feedback.)
In "Enter your email address here to receive alerts:", pick an address from Select Email. Only verified email addresses appear in this list; if yours is missing, use the "click here" link in the ? tooltip to verify it first. Sent alerts are listed under "Alert History:" on the same tab.
The Alerts tab does not save on its own, so click Save changes.
