The 3Dsellers Dashboard is the overview page of your 3Dsellers account. It shows Sales, Profit and Orders for Today, Yesterday, the Last 7 Days and the Last 30 Days, plus a sales chart. For an eBay account it also shows Store Limits, Feedback Score, Feedback Reminders, Auto Messages, Inventory Overview, Shipment Alerts and Top Selling Products. Use the account selector at the top to see one account, or All Accounts together.
⚠️ On the 3Dsellers Dashboard, when the profit for a period is zero or missing, the Profit line shows the same amount as Sales. If Profit equals Sales, read it as "no profit recorded", not as a 100% margin.
💡 Open the Dashboard from the bar-chart icon at the top of the left sidebar.

Where do I find the 3Dsellers Dashboard?
In the left sidebar of 3Dsellers, click the Dashboard icon: the bar chart just below Search and Notifications.
Read the top line. It says Hello, your name, then the following data is from and the account selector. Every number on the page belongs to the account named there.
Look for a banner below it. If a connected account needs reconnecting, it reads Some of your accounts have a token issue or One of your accounts has a token issue, with a yellow Renew Token button.
On the 3Dsellers Dashboard, Renew Token takes the account's admin user to Integrations or to that channel's accounts page to reconnect. Any other user sees Action is Prohibited and is asked to log in to the admin account. See Reconnect a Selling Channel: Renew Token, Resync, Remove.
How do I switch accounts or see All Accounts?
On the 3Dsellers Dashboard, click the account selector next to the following data is from.
Pick an account. The list is grouped by channel - eBay accounts, Shopify accounts, Amazon accounts, Etsy accounts and so on - with Add Account at the bottom.
To see every account together, click All Accounts (the globe icon) at the top of the list.
An account whose connection has expired shows Token expired, click here to renew. under its name in the selector.
All Accounts is in the selector only when you have more than one connected selling account.
The 3Dsellers Dashboard can open on an account you picked earlier, so check the name in the selector before you read the numbers.
What does All Accounts show?
With All Accounts picked in the selector, the 3Dsellers Dashboard combines your connected accounts. The screenshots in this article show a single eBay account, so this view is described in words.
The Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days and Last 30 Days cards add up Sales, Profit and Orders from all your accounts.
If your accounts sell in different currencies, a note reads Your accounts use different currencies. The totals below add the amounts up without converting them. A mixed total is not a real amount in any one currency, whatever symbol it shows.
The Sales Channel Statistics chart draws one coloured line for each account that has orders. Click an account's chip on the chart to hide its line (the tooltip reads Hide this account), and click it again to show it.
If you have at least one eBay account, Store Limits, Feedback Score and Feedback Reminders are greyed out with Select a single account to see this. They are reported per account.
In the same case (at least one eBay account), Auto Messages and Inventory Overview count across all accounts, and Shipment Alerts and Top Selling Products add an Account column.
What do the Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days and Last 30 Days cards show?
The four cards across the top of the 3Dsellers Dashboard each show three figures for their period, for the account in the selector:
Sales - the amount sold in that period.
Profit - the profit recorded for those sales. When the profit for the period is zero or missing, this line repeats the Sales amount.
Orders - the number of orders in that period.
How often does the Dashboard update?
The 3Dsellers Dashboard is not live to the minute. To see when its figures were last refreshed:
Find Updated at the top right of the Dashboard.
Point at the ⓘ icon next to it. The tooltip reads Dashboard data syncs every 2-3 hours. However, delays may occur when high volumes are being processed. Below that, Last updated on shows the date and time of the last refresh.
The database icon to the right of Updated is Clear cache. Click it to make the 3Dsellers Dashboard fetch fresh sales figures instead of showing the saved copy.
How do I use the Sales Channel Statistics chart?
The Sales Channel Statistics chart on the 3Dsellers Dashboard plots your sold items or sales day by day for the account in the selector.
Above the chart, click Sold items or Sales to choose what it shows. Sold items is the default.
To save the chart, open the menu icon (three lines) at the top right of the chart and pick Download SVG, Download PNG or Download CSV.
If the selected account has no recent orders, the chart shows Sorry, we couldn't show you any data because you do not have recent orders in the selected account: followed by the channel and the account name.
How do I change the chart period?
At the top right of the Sales Channel Statistics chart, click the box next to Filter By date.
Pick 7 Days, 14 Days or 30 Days. 30 Days is the default.
Filter By date changes only the chart. The Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days and Last 30 Days cards stay the same.
What do the eBay cards on the Dashboard show?
When the selector shows a single eBay account, the lower part of the 3Dsellers Dashboard has a Whats New? list of 3Dsellers videos on the left and five eBay cards on the right.
Store Limits
Store Limits shows how much of your eBay selling limits you have used. One circle counts items and the other counts the total amount, each with the share used as a percentage - for example 103 / 620 Items is 16%. The limits come from your eBay account, so they are changed with eBay, not in 3Dsellers.
Feedback Score, Feedback Reminders, Auto Messages and Inventory Overview
Card | What it shows | What you can do |
Feedback Score | Your eBay feedback score, then the positive, neutral and negative counts under Information for the last 30 days: | A (+n) marks new feedback; point at it to read New feedbacks in the last 24hrs |
Feedback Reminders | Current status of the app settings: the First Reminder and Second Reminder switches | Click a switch to turn that reminder on or off. Second Reminder is greyed out while First Reminder is off |
Auto Messages | How many of your Auto Messages are Active and how many are Disabled | Active and Disabled are links. To set up messages, see Auto Messages Overview - features and message settings |
Inventory Overview | How many items are out of stock, missing a SKU or missing a wholesale price | Click a link to open Listings filtered to those items |
⭐ The Feedback Reminders switches on the 3Dsellers Dashboard save as soon as you click them - there is no Save button. 3Dsellers confirms with Your changes are saved. To set up the reminder messages themselves, see Overview of eBay Feedback Reminder - (How to get more feedback).
What does Shipment Alerts show?
Shipment Alerts on the 3Dsellers Dashboard lists orders whose tracking has an alert, for the account in the selector. It shows for a single eBay account, and in All Accounts when you have an eBay account, at the bottom left of the page under Whats New?.
The columns are Date, Order (product image, title, buyer and order number), Alert (the tracking status) and Actions. In All Accounts an Account column is added.
In Actions, the eye icon opens the tracking checkpoints, and the paper-plane icon opens a message window.
Type in Search to narrow the list. If no order has an alert, the table is empty.
What does Top Selling Products show?
Top Selling Products on the 3Dsellers Dashboard ranks your best-selling items for the account in the selector. The columns are Rank, Item (the title, with the item ID as a link underneath) and Quantity Sold. In All Accounts, when you have an eBay account, an Account column is added. This list also shows for a single non-eBay account.
Troubleshooting
Profit is the same as Sales on my Dashboard
When the profit for a period is zero or missing, the 3Dsellers Dashboard shows the Sales amount on the Profit line. It does not mean a 100% margin. Treat that Profit figure as "no profit recorded".
The chart says "Sorry, we couldn't show you any data"
The account in the selector has no recent orders, so the Sales Channel Statistics chart has nothing to draw. Pick another account, or All Accounts, in the selector at the top of the 3Dsellers Dashboard.
My Dashboard numbers look out of date
The 3Dsellers Dashboard is not live. The tooltip on the ⓘ next to Updated says the data syncs every 2-3 hours and can be delayed when high volumes are being processed, and shows the last refresh time. Click Clear cache to fetch fresh sales figures. If the token banner is showing, renew that account first - see Reconnect a Selling Channel: Renew Token, Resync, Remove.
I can't see Store Limits, Feedback Score or Feedback Reminders
These cards show on the 3Dsellers Dashboard only when the selector shows a single eBay account. In All Accounts they are greyed out with "Select a single account to see this", and Shopify, Amazon and other non-eBay accounts do not have them.
My All Accounts totals look too high or mix currencies
In All Accounts, the 3Dsellers Dashboard adds amounts from all accounts without converting currencies. Pick each account in the selector to read its figures in its own currency.
Renew Token says "Action is Prohibited"
Only the admin user can renew account tokens from the 3Dsellers Dashboard. Log in as the admin user and click Renew Token again.
The Dashboard says "No accounts Connected"
No selling channel is connected to your 3Dsellers account yet, so the Dashboard has no data. Connect a marketplace account first - see How to Connect Your Selling Channels in 3Dsellers (Overview).
FAQ
Why does Profit show the same amount as Sales on the 3Dsellers Dashboard?
When the profit for a period is zero or missing, the 3Dsellers Dashboard repeats the Sales amount on the Profit line. It is not a 100% margin - read it as no profit recorded for that period.
Does the 3Dsellers Dashboard convert currencies in All Accounts?
No - in All Accounts, the 3Dsellers Dashboard adds the amounts up without converting them, and says so in a note when your accounts use different currencies.
How often does the 3Dsellers Dashboard refresh?
The 3Dsellers Dashboard is not live to the minute. The tooltip on the ⓘ next to Updated reads "Dashboard data syncs every 2-3 hours", notes that delays may occur when high volumes are being processed, and shows the last refresh time.
Can I turn 3Dsellers tools on or off from the Dashboard?
No - the 3Dsellers Dashboard has no on/off switches for tools. Its only switches are First Reminder and Second Reminder in the Feedback Reminders card, which turn those eBay feedback reminders on or off and save as soon as you click them.
Does the 3Dsellers Dashboard show impressions, views or conversion rate?
No - the 3Dsellers Dashboard shows Sales, Profit and Orders, a chart of sold items or sales, and the account cards. It does not show impressions, views, click-through rate or conversion rate.
Does the 3Dsellers Dashboard work for Shopify, Amazon and other channels?
Yes - pick any connected account in the selector to see its cards and chart. The eBay cards, such as Store Limits and Feedback Reminders, appear only for an eBay account.
Can I download the chart from the 3Dsellers Dashboard?
Yes - open the menu icon (three lines) on the Sales Channel Statistics chart and choose Download SVG, Download PNG or Download CSV.
