In late October 2026 the 3Dsellers Public API and its MCP connection for AI agents (ChatGPT, Claude and others) gained four things sellers asked for: eBay listing traffic per item (impressions, page views, click-through and conversion rates), adding photos to a listing while keeping the ones already on it, reading the Best Offers buyers sent you plus a listing's Best Offer prices, and the Ship By date on orders with a filter for what must ship by a given time. If your agent still does not see them, start a new chat or reconnect the 3Dsellers connector so it reloads the tool list; no new authorisation is needed.

How do I ask for eBay listing traffic?
The get-listing-traffic tool reads eBay's own traffic report for one eBay account, the same numbers as Seller Hub > Performance > Traffic. Ask, for example, âshow impressions and page views per day for item 123456789012 for the last two weeksâ or âwhich of my eBay US listings got the most page views in October?â.
Per row you get search and store impressions, the Seller Hub total impressions figure, page views and their five sources (search, store, direct, off eBay, other eBay), transactions, and the click-through and sales conversion rates. Rates are percentages with two decimals: 7.32 means 7.32%.
Pick listings by eBay item ID or by SKU (up to 200). Without either, you get the 200 most viewed listings of the period.
Group by listing (default), by listing per day (up to 31 days), or by day for the whole account.
Limits set by eBay: data is per calendar day and ends yesterday, at most 90 days per request, at most two years back, and only listings active or sold in the last 90 days have rows. There is no hourly breakdown and no split between organic and Promoted Listings traffic.
Each eBay site is its own account. If you ask the US account about an eBay Motors item, the reply says which account the listing belongs to instead of showing zeros.
How do I add photos to a listing without losing the current ones?
The add-listing-images tool adds pictures to one eBay listing and keeps the pictures already on it. Before this tool, the only way was the Replace Images bulk action, which overwrites the whole gallery. Ask, for example, âadd these two photos to SKU ABC-123â or âmake this image the main photo of item 123456789012â.
Give the listing by 3Dsellers listing ID, eBay item ID or SKU, and 1 to 24 public https image URLs in the order you want.
New pictures go at the end unless you give a position; position 1 makes the first new picture the main photo.
A URL already on the listing, or repeated in the request, is skipped and reported, not added twice.
eBay allows 24 pictures. If the result would exceed 24, the call is refused with a message and nothing changes.
A live listing is revised on eBay right away, including the case where eBay-hosted and self-hosted pictures are mixed. A draft is updated in 3Dsellers and goes to eBay when you publish it.
Variation-specific pictures are not changed by this tool.
How do I see the Best Offers buyers sent me?
The get-offers tool lists the offers in your Offers Manager, newest first. By default it returns the offers buyers sent you; ask for sent offers to see the ones you or your offer rules sent. Ask, for example, âlist the Best Offers I received this week and their amountsâ or âwhich offers are still pending?â.
Filters: direction (received or sent), status, and a created-after date.
The list reflects what Offers Manager has synced. If a new offer is not there yet, open Offers Manager in 3Dsellers so it syncs, then ask again.
The listings tool (get-product-listings) can also return a listing's Best Offer minimum price and auto-accept price when you ask for them (withBestOffer). Those values are read live from eBay, up to 25 listings per request, and only for eBay listings.
How do I find the orders that must ship today?
The get-orders tool now returns each order's shipBy date, exactly as the Orders Manager's Ship By column shows it, and accepts a shipByBefore moment. Ask, for example, âwhich open orders must ship by end of today?â or âshow my orders due to ship before Friday noon, oldest deadline firstâ.
shipBy is empty once the order is shipped or cancelled, so the agent only sees deadlines that still matter.
shipByBefore returns open orders whose deadline is at or before the time you give. Orders with no deadline are not included.
Which orders carry a deadline depends on the marketplace: eBay, Etsy, Walmart and Mirakl orders have one; Amazon, Shopify, TikTok, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and manual orders do not, so they never match shipByBefore.
Troubleshooting
My AI agent says it has no tool for traffic, offers or adding photos
The agent loaded the tool list before these tools existed. Start a new chat, or disconnect and reconnect the 3Dsellers connector, so it reloads the list. You do not need to authorise 3Dsellers again; the existing connection already covers the new tools.
get-offers returns an empty list although I have offers on eBay
The tool reads the offers stored in Offers Manager. Open Offers Manager in 3Dsellers so it syncs the latest offers from eBay, then ask again. Offers that were already declined, expired or accepted before the last sync may not be stored.
Traffic numbers are zero or missing for an item
Check the reply's notes. Common reasons: the item belongs to another of your eBay site accounts (the note names it), the listing was neither active nor sold in the last 90 days, or the date range ends today (data ends yesterday).
Adding photos was refused
Read the message. The usual causes are more than 24 pictures in total, a URL that is not a public https link, a listing the account does not own, or every URL already being on the listing (nothing to add).
FAQ
Do I need to reconnect my AI agent to get the new tools?
No new authorisation is needed. Starting a new chat or reconnecting the connector is enough for the agent to reload the tool list.
Is the click-through rate a percentage?
Yes. clickThroughRate and salesConversionRate are percentages with two decimals, so 7.32 means 7.32%.
Can the traffic tool separate Promoted Listings traffic from organic?
No. eBay's traffic report counts every visit. Promoted traffic on its own is in the eBay Ads report, so organic is roughly the total minus the Ads figures.
Does add-listing-images work on Amazon or Shopify listings?
No. It works on eBay listings and 3Dsellers drafts for eBay.
Why do my Amazon orders have no Ship By date?
Amazon, Shopify, TikTok, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and manual orders carry no ship-by deadline in 3Dsellers, so shipBy is empty for them and shipByBefore never returns them.
