Publish products to a marketplace with an AI agent (MCP)

Ask a connected AI agent to list your 3Dsellers products on eBay, Amazon, or Etsy - as new listings or a revision of existing ones.

What you can do

A connected AI agent can publish catalog products to one of your marketplace accounts, using the same add-to-channel process as the 3Dsellers app. It can create new listings or revise existing ones.

What the AI needs

  • Which products - point it at product IDs, SKUs, or a segment.

  • Which marketplace account - the seller to publish to. Ask "list my sellers" if you are not sure of the ID.

Everything else is optional. If you do not specify a field-mapping template or business policies, the AI falls back to that seller's default settings, and it can fill in missing required channel fields for you.

What to say

  • Publish products 101, 102, and 103 to my eBay store (seller 123)

  • List everything in my "Ready to publish" segment on Etsy

  • Publish SKU ABC-1 to Amazon

Already listed? Choose skip or update

If a product is already listed on that channel, it is skipped by default so you do not create duplicates. If you want to refresh the existing listing instead, say so, for example "publish these to eBay and update any that are already listed." That does a one-time full revision of the existing listing.

Go further: more powerful requests

You can point the AI at a whole group of products and let it handle the publishing in one go. For example:

  • Publish everything in my "Ready to publish" segment to eBay, and update any that are already listed

  • Find products that are live on eBay but not on Etsy, and publish them to Etsy

  • Publish my 20 newest products to Amazon using my "Amazon default" template

  • Re-publish (revise) all active eBay listings in my "Winter" segment to pick up my latest catalog changes

  • Publish everything tagged "ready" to eBay with my standard payment, shipping, and return policies

Some of these combine steps (like comparing your eBay and Etsy listings) before publishing, and the AI works out the order. Publishing always runs as a background job, so for large batches it will keep you posted on progress. Because these create and revise live listings, confirm the product set and the marketplace before you go ahead.

Good to know

  • Publishing runs in the background. The AI queues the job and can tell you how it is going: in progress, done, or finished with errors. Ask "how is that publish going?" to check.

  • It creates and revises live listings. These go to the real marketplace, so treat it with the same care as the app's own bulk publish. Confirm the product set and the seller before you go ahead.

  • eBay and Etsy business policies. You can name specific payment, shipping, or return policies, or let it use the seller's defaults.
