What you can do
With an AI agent connected to 3Dsellers, you can ask about your orders in plain language and get back real results from your live data: buyer, shipping address, line items, and any tags on each order.

Give it a seller
Orders are looked up per marketplace account, so the AI needs to know which seller you mean. If you have only one, it will use it. If you have several, name the seller or ask "list my sellers" to see them and their IDs first.

How you can filter
You can narrow orders by seller, sales channel (eBay, Amazon, Shopify, and others), order status, SKU, tag, or marketplace order ID. You can also apply one of your saved order segments. So if you have a segment that captures, for example, "unshipped in the last 7 days," ask the AI to use it. Date-range style filters come from segments rather than a direct "last N days" option.
Go further: more powerful requests
The AI can read across your orders and act on them, so you can ask for summaries and clean-up tasks, not just simple lists. For example:
Tag all unshipped orders over $100 as "priority"
Show me every order shipping to California
Which SKUs sold the most in my "Last 30 days" segment?
Find buyers who have ordered more than once
Tag every order that contains SKU ABC-1 as "recall" so I can follow up
Summarize my open eBay orders: how many, their total value, and the top 5 SKUs
The AI reads the order details and works out totals and groupings for you. For date ranges like "this month" or "the last 30 days," it uses one of your saved order segments. It can read orders and manage order tags, but it cannot cancel, refund, or delete orders.

Read plus tagging. The AI can list and read orders, and add or remove order tags. It cannot cancel, refund, or delete orders.
Results are paginated. For large result sets, ask for the next page or a tighter filter.
