Connect a Temu Store to 3Dsellers

Connect your Temu shop to 3Dsellers by choosing its Temu site and authorizing in Seller Center, then see how products import and how to reconnect.

Written by Karolina Santiago

To connect a Temu store to 3Dsellers, open Integrations, click the Temu card, click Add Temu Account, choose the Temu site your store sells on (for example United States) and click Add. 3Dsellers sends you to Temu's Seller Center to approve the connection, then brings you back and starts importing your Temu products as listings. You need an active Temu shop, and you should be signed in to its Seller Center before you start.

⚠️ Pick the right site. A Temu store can only be connected on the site it sells on. If you choose the wrong site in the dialog, Temu will not authorize the store.

💡 Go to Integrations and look for the orange Temu card under Marketplaces, next to TikTok.

What do I need before I connect Temu?

  • An active Temu shop. The connection authorizes an existing seller account; it does not create one.

  • Be signed in to that shop's Seller Center in the same browser. Temu's authorization page uses your current Seller Center session, so sign in to the shop you want to connect first - especially if you run more than one Temu shop.

  • Know which Temu site the shop sells on (United States, a European site, or the global site). You pick it in the dialog, and it has to match.

How do I connect a Temu store to 3Dsellers?

  1. In 3Dsellers, open Integrations (Settings, then Integrations).

  2. Under Marketplaces, click the Temu card. The Temu Accounts page opens.

  3. Click Add Temu Account.

  4. In the Add a Temu Account dialog, open Choose your Temu site and pick the site your store sells on. United States is selected by default.

  5. Click Add. 3Dsellers redirects you to Temu.

  6. In Temu's Seller Center, approve the authorization for 3Dsellers.

  7. Temu sends you back to 3Dsellers. The store appears as a row on the Temu Accounts page and the import of your Temu products begins.

The dialog itself says what to expect: On the next step we will redirect you to Temu to connect your Temu store to 3Dsellers.

Which Temu site should I choose?

Temu runs separate seller platforms per region, and a store belongs to exactly one of them. The Choose your Temu site dropdown tells 3Dsellers which regional Temu platform to send you to and which one to sync with afterwards. Choose the site whose Seller Center you log in to for this store. If you sell on more than one Temu site with separate shops, connect each shop separately and choose its own site each time.

On the Temu Accounts page, each connected store is one row with the columns Store, Mall ID (your shop's ID on Temu), Display Name (a name you can give the store in 3Dsellers), Site, Marketplace, Currency and Date Added, so you can see at a glance which site each store was connected on.

What happens after I connect?

  • Your Temu products are imported as listings. 3Dsellers reads your products from Temu, 100 at a time, and creates a listing for each one with its title, description, images, variations (SKUs), prices, stock and status.

  • Deleted products are skipped. Products you deleted on Temu are not imported. Products that are inactive, incomplete or still drafts on Temu are imported with their Temu status, so they do not all show as Active.

  • Temu is busy sometimes. Temu limits how fast it answers; when that happens 3Dsellers waits and retries automatically, so a first import of a large store can take a while. You can watch listings arrive in Listings.

How do I reconnect a Temu store?

Temu authorizations cannot be refreshed in place, so there is no Renew Token step for Temu in 3Dsellers. When a Temu connection expires or stops working, open Integrations, click Temu and reconnect the store from the Temu Accounts page, choosing the same site as before. The rest of the channels are covered in Reconnect a Selling Channel: Renew Token, Resync, Remove.

What the Temu integration does not do

  • It will not create a Temu shop for you. You need an existing, active shop in Temu's Seller Center.

  • It will not connect a store on a site it does not sell on. The site you choose must match the store's Seller Center.

  • It will not import products you have deleted on Temu.

  • It will not refresh an expired authorization silently. Reconnect the store from the Temu Accounts page.

Troubleshooting

I do not see a Temu card on the Integrations page

Hard-refresh the app (Ctrl+Shift+R, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac) so your browser loads the latest version. If the card is still missing, contact us through the chat with your account email.

Temu did not let me authorize the store

Check two things: that you are signed in to the Seller Center of the shop you are connecting, and that the site you chose in the dialog is the site that shop sells on. Then click Add Temu Account again.

I connected the wrong Temu shop

Sign out of Temu's Seller Center in your browser, sign in to the shop you meant to connect, then add the account again from the Temu Accounts page.

My Temu products are taking a long time to appear

Temu limits how many requests it answers per minute, and 3Dsellers waits and retries rather than skipping products. Give a large store some time and check the Listings page; products with an inactive or draft status on Temu land in the matching segment, not under Active.

FAQ

What if I leave the site on United States?

United States is only the default in the Choose your Temu site dropdown. If your store sells on another Temu site, change it before you click Add - a store can only be connected on the site it sells on.

Can I connect two Temu shops?

Yes - click Add Temu Account once per shop, signed in to the right Seller Center each time, and choose each shop's own site. Each shop is its own row on the Temu Accounts page.

Why is there no Renew Token button for Temu?

Because Temu authorizations cannot be refreshed in place. When one expires, reconnect the store from the Temu Accounts page instead.

Will my deleted Temu products come into 3Dsellers?

No - products you deleted on Temu are skipped during the import. Inactive, incomplete and draft products are imported with their Temu status.
