Mirakl is the platform behind many retailer marketplaces, and 3Dsellers connects to any of them the same way: open Integrations, click the Mirakl card, click Add Mirakl Store, then paste your marketplace address and the shop API key from that marketplace's seller back office. There is no sign-in redirect - Mirakl gives each shop a static API key, so the connection takes about a minute. Once added, 3Dsellers imports your Mirakl offers and shows them as listings next to your other channels.

What is a Mirakl marketplace?
Mirakl is not a single marketplace. It is the software that retailers such as Carrefour, Best Buy Canada, Kroger, Macy's, Fnac and Catch use to run their own marketplaces, and each retailer (Mirakl calls them operators) runs a separate instance with its own catalog, categories and seller back office. Two things follow from this:
Each marketplace is its own store in 3Dsellers. Selling on Carrefour and on Fnac means connecting two Mirakl stores, each with its own API key.
You sell offers, not products. On a Mirakl marketplace the operator owns the product content (title, description, images, brand). As a seller you own the offer on that product: your price, stock, condition and shop SKU. 3Dsellers imports your offers, so what you see as a listing in 3Dsellers is your offer together with the operator's product content.
Where do I find my Mirakl API key?
The key comes from the marketplace, not from 3Dsellers:
Sign in to the marketplace's seller back office (the site you log in to as a seller, for example
https://your-instance.mirakl.net).Click your user name in the top right corner.
Open My user settings.
Under API key, generate a key and copy it.
Every marketplace issues its own key, so repeat this on each marketplace you want to connect. Keep the key private: anyone who has it can read and change your offers on that marketplace.
How do I connect a Mirakl store to 3Dsellers?
In 3Dsellers, open Integrations (Settings, then Integrations).
Under Marketplaces, click the Mirakl card (the M logo with the BETA badge). The Mirakl Stores page opens.
Click Add Mirakl Store.
In Marketplace URL, paste the address you sign in to as a seller.
In API key, paste the shop API key you generated in the back office.
Click Add Store. 3Dsellers checks the key against the marketplace and, when it is accepted, confirms that the shop has been added. The store appears as a row on the Mirakl Stores page.
You are not redirected anywhere and there is no pop-up sign-in: the whole connection happens inside the dialog.
What the Add a Mirakl Store dialog asks for
Marketplace URL
Your Mirakl instance URL, meaning the address you sign in to as a seller. The dialog shows https://your-instance.mirakl.net as an example, and custom marketplace domains work too (a retailer's own domain, not ending in mirakl.net). You can paste the plain address, the address with a trailing slash, or a deep link copied from inside the back office; 3Dsellers keeps only the part up to the domain. The address must start with https://. An address without https://, with a user name or password embedded in it, or that is not a real domain is rejected with an example of a valid one.
API key
The shop API key from My user settings in that marketplace's back office. Leaving it empty shows Mirakl API key is required. 3Dsellers sends the key to the marketplace to confirm it belongs to a shop before the store is saved.
The Mirakl Stores table
Each connected store is one row with these columns: Store, Shop ID (the shop's ID on that marketplace), Display Name (the name you can give the store in 3Dsellers), Marketplace, Host (the marketplace domain the store belongs to), Currency and Date Added. A store is identified by its Shop ID together with its Host, so the same shop ID on two different marketplaces is two separate stores.
What happens after I connect?
Your offers are imported as listings. 3Dsellers reads your offers from the marketplace, 100 at a time, and creates a listing for each one, using your shop SKU as the listing's SKU. An offer that has no shop SKU on the marketplace is skipped.
Inactive and sold-out offers come in as Ended. Every offer is imported, active or not. An offer that is switched off on the marketplace, or whose quantity is 0, appears in 3Dsellers as an Ended listing. Offers you deleted on the marketplace are not imported at all.
Mirakl appears as a channel across 3Dsellers. After connecting you can pick Mirakl in the channel selectors of Listings, Catalog, the customer filters, Automations and Reports, and map your catalog categories to the marketplace's categories.
Large stores take longer. The first import depends on how many offers you have; you can watch listings arrive in Listings.
What the Mirakl integration does not do
It will not create or edit the operator's product content. Titles, descriptions and images on a Mirakl marketplace belong to the operator's catalog; 3Dsellers works with your offers on those products.
It will not connect several marketplaces with one key. Each Mirakl marketplace is a separate store with its own API key.
It will not keep working with a key you have revoked. If you regenerate the key in the marketplace's back office, the old key stops working and the store needs to be connected again with the new one.
It will not accept an address without
https://.
Troubleshooting
The dialog says "Mirakl API key is required"
The API key field was empty or contained only spaces. Paste the key again; 3Dsellers trims spaces around it automatically.
My marketplace URL is not accepted
Make sure it starts with https:// and is the address you sign in to as a seller. Remove any user name or password from the address. A custom retailer domain is fine as long as it is the seller back office address.
3Dsellers says the store belongs to another account
That shop, on that marketplace, is already connected to a different 3Dsellers account. Remove it there first, or contact us through the chat with the shop ID and marketplace.
Some of my offers are missing in 3Dsellers
Check the offer on the marketplace has a shop SKU - offers without one are skipped. Also check the Ended segment: offers that are switched off or have quantity 0 are imported there, not under Active.
FAQ
Do I sign in to Mirakl when I connect?
No - connecting a Mirakl store to 3Dsellers does not redirect you to a sign-in page. You paste the marketplace address and the shop API key into the Add a Mirakl Store dialog and click Add Store.
I sell on several Mirakl marketplaces. Do I connect each one?
Yes - each Mirakl marketplace issues its own API key and is a separate store in 3Dsellers. Click Add Mirakl Store once per marketplace.
Which SKU does 3Dsellers use for my Mirakl listings?
3Dsellers uses your shop SKU from the marketplace as the listing's SKU, which is what lets it match the offer to products in your catalog.
What does the BETA badge mean?
The Mirakl integration in 3Dsellers is newly released and still being refined. Connecting, importing offers and the day-to-day tools work as described here, and we welcome feedback through the chat while it is in beta.
