To connect Etsy to 3Dsellers, open Settings > Integrations > Etsy Accounts, click Add Etsy Account, and approve the connection on Etsy. You need an active Etsy shop first. Once connected, the 3Dsellers Etsy Accounts page shows the connection's Token Status, and the product screens offer the Etsy-specific policy fields Shipping, Returns and Processing.
⚠️ Clicking Add in the 3Dsellers "Add an Etsy Account" window sends you to Etsy to sign in. If you own more than one Etsy shop, sign in to the shop you want to connect before you click, because Etsy's sign-in does not tell you which shop it is about to connect.

Where do I connect Etsy in 3Dsellers?
The Etsy connection lives with the other selling channels on the 3Dsellers Integrations page.
In 3Dsellers, open Settings and click Integrations. The page is titled All Integrations. You can also reach Integrations from your profile menu.
Under Marketplaces, find the Etsy card. Its footer shows how many Etsy accounts are connected, for example 1 account, next to a coloured dot.
Click the Etsy card, or click Etsy Accounts in the left menu under Integrations. The 3Dsellers page Etsy Accounts opens.

On the 3Dsellers Etsy Accounts page, the first line reads: "The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc." Below it is the blue Add Etsy Account button and the table of connected Etsy accounts.
How do I add my Etsy shop?
Adding an Etsy shop to 3Dsellers takes one trip to Etsy to approve the connection.
Make sure you have an active Etsy shop. The Add an Etsy Account window says you must first have one.
Sign in to Etsy with the shop you want to connect.
In 3Dsellers, open Settings > Integrations > Etsy Accounts and click Add Etsy Account.
A window titled Add an Etsy Account opens. It says that on the next step 3Dsellers will redirect you to Etsy, and it repeats that you must have an active Etsy shop first. Click Add to continue, or Cancel to stop.
Follow Etsy's screens to approve access for 3Dsellers. When you return, your shop appears as a row in the Etsy Accounts table.
This article does not show the Etsy sign-in screens, because they belong to Etsy and can change. Clicking Cancel in the 3Dsellers window closes it and sends you nowhere.
What does the Etsy Accounts table show?
Each connected Etsy shop is one row on the 3Dsellers Etsy Accounts page. Scroll the table sideways to see every column.

Multichannel Catalog | A switch showing whether this shop is on in the multichannel catalog. |

Last Token Refresh, Date Added | When the connection was last refreshed and when you added the shop. |
Token Status | Active when the connection to Etsy works. Any other status means the connection needs to be renewed. |

When the Token Status on the 3Dsellers Etsy Accounts page is not Active, a yellow Renew Token button appears in the Actions column. Follow Reconnect a Selling Channel: Renew Token, Resync, Remove for the steps.
What do the icons in the Actions column do?
Point at an icon in the 3Dsellers Etsy Accounts table to read its tooltip. Pointing does not change anything.
Resync account connection, or refresh token - the round-arrows icon. It sends you to Etsy to refresh the connection, the same trip as Add.
Email Forwarding - the envelope icon. It opens the email forwarding setup for this account. The icon turns red when the setup is not complete.
Remove Account from 3Dsellers - the trash icon. It asks you to confirm before it removes the Etsy account from 3Dsellers.
Removing an Etsy account from 3Dsellers removes the settings tied to it in 3Dsellers. See Reconnect a Selling Channel: Renew Token, Resync, Remove before you remove anything.
Which Etsy policies do I set for a listing?
Etsy listings in 3Dsellers use the policies you saved on Etsy. In the 3Dsellers Policies card on the product screen and in the publish window, an Etsy listing has three fields:
Shipping - your Etsy shipping policy.
Returns - your Etsy return policy.
Processing - your Etsy processing policy.
Etsy listings in 3Dsellers have no Payment policy field, unlike eBay. 3Dsellers loads the choices from your Etsy shop. If you just created or changed a policy on Etsy, click the refresh icon (tooltip Refresh policies) in the Policies card to load it again. 3Dsellers remembers the last policies you picked for an account and offers them as defaults the next time.
In the Policies card, a red Required tag next to the heading means the channel needs policies. What are the who made and when made questions?
When you publish to Etsy from 3Dsellers, the publish steps include a part that reads: "Define 'who made' and 'when made' so listings comply with Etsy's maker and vintage rules." Answer both for the listing. If you pick someone_else for who made, a Production Partner list appears with a Refresh link and an Add partner link that opens Etsy's help page about production partners.
Troubleshooting
I clicked Add Etsy Account and Etsy did not connect the shop I wanted
Etsy's sign-in screen does not say which shop it will connect, so sign in to the correct Etsy shop first. Then return to 3Dsellers and click Add Etsy Account and Add again. If you own several Etsy shops, sign in to the right one before you click Add.
I do not have an Etsy shop yet
The Add an Etsy Account window says you must first have an active Etsy shop. Open your shop on Etsy, then add it in 3Dsellers.
The Token Status on the Etsy Accounts page is not Active
The connection between Etsy and 3Dsellers needs to be renewed. Use the yellow Renew Token button, or the resync icon, and sign in to the same Etsy shop. Steps are in Reconnect a Selling Channel: Renew Token, Resync, Remove.
I cannot see a policy in the Shipping, Returns or Processing list
The 3Dsellers lists come from your Etsy shop. Create the policy on Etsy, then click the refresh icon (Refresh policies) in the Policies card.
