To connect Google Shopping to 3Dsellers, open Integrations, click the Google Shopping card, then click Add Google Shopping Account. Enter your Google Merchant Center Merchant ID and a Shop Name, and click Connect to your Google Shopping Account. You are then sent to Google to finish the connection. Once the account is connected, you can publish products from the 3Dsellers Product Catalog to Google Shopping.
⚠️ The Google Shopping account is not connected until you finish on Google's page. The button Connect to your Google Shopping Account stays disabled until both Merchant ID and Shop Name are filled in, and it sends you to Google Merchant Center to complete the connection with 3Dsellers. Finish every step on Google's page.
In this article:
What do I need before I connect Google Shopping?
Before you connect Google Shopping to 3Dsellers, you need three things:
A Google Merchant Center account. If you do not have one yet, create it in Google Merchant Center first.
Your Merchant ID, the number that identifies that Merchant Center account.
Permission to use Google Shopping in 3Dsellers. If the Google Shopping page does not open for you, ask the person who manages your 3Dsellers account to give you the Google Shopping permission.
If your products fail to list later, check that your Merchant Center account has an API data source. The Troubleshooting section below covers this.
Where do I find my Google Merchant ID?
Your Merchant ID is the number that identifies your Google Merchant Center account. It comes from Google, not from 3Dsellers, and the 3Dsellers dialog tells you to get it in your Google Merchant Center.
Go to Google Merchant Center and sign in to your account.
Look for your account number (the Merchant ID) in Merchant Center. Google may change its screens, so use Google's own help if you cannot see it.
Copy the number so you can paste it into 3Dsellers.
Where do I connect Google Shopping in 3Dsellers?
The 3Dsellers Google Shopping accounts page opens from the Integrations screen.
In 3Dsellers, open Integrations in the settings menu.
On the All Integrations page, find Marketplaces: and click the Google Shopping card. The line under the logo shows how many accounts you have connected, for example 0 accounts.
The page opens with the title Google Shopping Accounts.
The Google Shopping Accounts page has an Add Google Shopping Account button at the top. Once accounts exist, a table lists them, with columns such as Currency, Marketplace, Email, Token Status, Last Token Refresh, Date Added and Actions.
How do I add my Google Shopping account?
On the Google Shopping Accounts page in 3Dsellers, click Add Google Shopping Account.
In the dialog Add Google Shopping Account, type your Merchant ID in Merchant ID (placeholder: Enter Merchant ID). The question-mark tooltip says to enter your Merchant ID, which you can get in your Google Merchant Center.
Type a name in Shop Name (placeholder: Enter Shop Name). The tooltip explains that this is the store name of the account, shown inside 3Dsellers.
Click Connect to your Google Shopping Account. A small note under the button says you will be redirected to Google Merchant Center to finish the connection with 3Dsellers.
Follow Google's screens and approve the connection. Do not close the Google window before it finishes.
The 3Dsellers dialog does not check your Merchant ID. It only needs both fields to contain something, so re-read the number before you click Connect.
How do I check that the connection works?
Go back to Integrations and open the Google Shopping card again.
Find your new account in the table and read the Token Status column. When the status is active, the Renew Token button is not shown on that row. A warning triangle appears when the status is invalid.
Check Last Token Refresh and Date Added to confirm this is the connection you just made.
The Google Shopping card on the All Integrations page shows how many accounts you have.
How do I publish products to Google Shopping?
You publish to Google Shopping from the 3Dsellers Product Catalog with Publish To Channel, the same way as for other channels.
Open Product Catalog, then Products.
Tick one or more products. The button Publish To Channel turns active once something is ticked.
Click Publish To Channel. The dialog Publish Products to Channel opens.
Then fill in the dialog Publish Products to Channel:
Open the Channel list (Select Channel) and choose your Google Shopping account. The list groups your connected accounts by channel.
Choose a Mapping Template. It is required for Google Shopping.
If you re-publish a product that is already on Google Shopping, pick Skip it (the default) or Update it under If product is already on Google Shopping.
Click Publish as Live.
In this example no Google Shopping account is connected yet, so the list shows only eBay and Shopify accounts. Your connected Google Shopping account appears in the same list.
Google Shopping has no Required Steps stage in this dialog. That extra stage can only appear for eBay, Etsy, Amazon and Walmart. The full dialog is covered in Publish Catalog Products to eBay and Other Channels. For templates, see Product Catalog - Channel Template Mapping Explained.
Keep product titles within 150 characters for Google Shopping. 3Dsellers uses that length when it counts title characters for this channel.
What does the Pending status mean?
After you publish to Google Shopping, the product shows an orange dot in Product Catalog, Products. Open the dot to read its message.
Pending marketplace approval. The status will be updated automatically once complete. The marketplace has not approved the product yet. You do not need to do anything. 3Dsellers updates the status when it is complete.
Not listed yet, preparing product for listing means 3Dsellers is still building the item.
There was an error while we tried to publish product. The message is followed by Error: and the reason, so you can fix the product and publish again.
How do I map categories for Google Shopping?
In Product Catalog, open Products Settings, then Categories Mapper. The page is titled Category Mapping.
At Select Channel, choose Google Shopping.
Click the Google category cell (its placeholder reads Search Category) next to the 3Dsellers category you want to map.
Browse the Google category levels one by one and choose the most specific category that fits.
For Google Shopping, you browse the category list. Typing to search is not available for this channel, even though the placeholder says Search Category. If you mapped Google categories before early August 2026, open them again and check that each one goes below the top level, because older mappings can have been saved at a top-level category only.
How do I renew, resync or remove a Google Shopping account?
Each row on the Google Shopping Accounts page has an Actions column:
Renew Token (orange button) appears when the Token Status is not active. Its tooltip says to renew the token now to avoid service interruption. It opens Google's approval window.
The sync icon has the tooltip Resync account connection, or refresh token. It also opens Google's approval window.
The trash icon removes the account from 3Dsellers. Use it only when you no longer want to sell through that account, and ask support first if products are live on Google.
For the general steps, see Reconnect a Selling Channel: Renew Token, Resync, Remove.
Troubleshooting
The Connect to your Google Shopping Account button is grey
The button in the 3Dsellers Add Google Shopping Account dialog only turns on when both Merchant ID and Shop Name are filled in. Fill in both fields.
I clicked Connect but my Google Shopping account is not connected
The Google Shopping connection is not finished until you approve it on Google's page. Open the Google Shopping Accounts page, click Add Google Shopping Account and try again, then complete every Google step. Do not leave the Google window before the end.
Token Status shows invalid or Renew Token appears
Click Renew Token or the sync icon on the account's row and approve the connection in Google's window again. A warning triangle next to Token Status means the status is invalid.
My products will not list on Google Shopping
Open the status dot on the product and read the Error: message. If listings fail, check that your Google Merchant Center account has an API data source. Also confirm that the Token Status is active and that a Mapping Template is chosen. Remember that the 3Dsellers connection is not complete until you finish on Google's page.
My product is stuck on Pending
Pending means the marketplace approval is not complete yet. The status updates by itself. If the product shows an error instead, read the message and publish again after fixing it.
I cannot open the Google Shopping page
The page needs the Google Shopping permission. Ask the person who manages your 3Dsellers account to turn it on for you.
