To connect Facebook or Instagram to 3Dsellers, open Integrations, choose Instagram Accounts or Facebook Accounts in the left menu, and click Add Instagram Account or Add Meta Account. Both buttons open the same Facebook sign-in window. The connected account then appears as a row where you can check its Token Status, resync it, renew its token or remove it.
⚠️ When you renew or reconnect a Meta account, select every Facebook Page you want to keep in the Facebook sign-in. A page you do not select may be removed from 3Dsellers.
⭐ Connecting a Meta account in Integrations is separate from the Webstore Facebook Page feature, which gives your Facebook Page a Shop Now link to your Webstore and does not need a connected Meta account.

Where do I find Facebook and Instagram in Integrations?
Open the profile menu and click Integrations. The page is titled All Integrations.
Find the card with the Meta name and the Facebook and Instagram logos. Under it you see the number of connected accounts and a colored dot, for example a green dot and 1 account.
In the left menu under Integrations, click Instagram Accounts (1) for Instagram or Facebook Accounts (2) for Facebook.
The Facebook page is headed Meta Accounts, and the Instagram page is headed Instagram Accounts. The menu entry for Facebook still reads Facebook Accounts.
How do I connect Instagram to 3Dsellers?
In the left menu under Integrations, click Instagram Accounts.
Click Add Instagram Account at the top left of the page.
Sign in to Facebook in the window that opens and follow its steps. Instagram accounts are connected through the same Facebook sign-in as Facebook accounts.
When you finish, return to the Instagram Accounts page. The list reloads and the connected account appears as a row in the table.
If your browser blocks the sign-in popup, the Facebook sign-in opens in the same tab instead. Allow popups for 3Dsellers if you prefer the separate window.
How do I connect a Facebook (Meta) account?
In the left menu under Integrations, click Facebook Accounts. The page is headed Meta Accounts.
Click Add Meta Account.
Sign in to Facebook in the window that opens. If Facebook asks which Pages to connect, select every Facebook Page you want to use.
When you finish, return to the Meta Accounts page. The list reloads and the account appears as a row.
What does the Meta account table show?
Each connected account is one row in the Instagram Accounts or Meta Accounts table. The columns are:

How do I renew, resync or remove a Meta account?
Open Instagram Accounts or Facebook Accounts in the Integrations menu and look at the right end of the account row. Token Status (1) shows whether the connection works, and the circular arrows icon (2) resyncs it. The trash icon next to it removes the account.
Check and renew a Meta token
Read the Token Status (1). Active means the connection is working.
If the status is not Active, a yellow Renew Token button appears in the Actions column. Click it and sign in to Facebook again, selecting every Facebook Page you want to keep.
An invalid token also shows a warning icon next to the status. The Dashboard can show “One of your accounts has a token issue” or “Some of your accounts have a token issue” with a Renew Token button. Resync a Meta account
Click the circular arrows icon (2). Its tooltip reads “Resync account connection, or refresh token”. It opens the same Facebook sign-in, so select every Facebook Page you want to keep when asked.
Remove a Meta account
Click the trash icon. Its tooltip reads “Remove Account from 3Dsellers”. A Warning box asks if you are sure you want to remove the account. It also says that disconnecting it removes any settings associated with it. Click Yes, remove to confirm or Cancel to keep the account.
If it is your last connected account, the box adds that removing it does not disable your subscription. To do that, visit the billing page.
Where do I use a connected Meta account?
Helpdesk: connected Facebook and Instagram accounts can be selected in the Helpdesk Account view filter, which lists every connected account. The Channel view filter lists Facebook but has no Instagram entry, so use the Account filter to find Instagram conversations.
Product catalog: a connected Facebook account can be chosen when you add items to a channel. For a Facebook account, the Add to channel form has a required Catalog ID field.
How is a Meta account different from the Webstore Facebook Page?
The Marketing > Webstore > Facebook Page screen only gives you a link for the Shop Now button of your Facebook Page, with a Copy Webstore Link button. It does not connect a Meta account. Use Integrations to connect Facebook or Instagram, and the Webstore screen for the Shop Now link.

Troubleshooting Facebook and Instagram connections
I signed in to Facebook but no account appears
The list reloads once, when you come back to the tab or the sign-in window closes. If you came back before you finished, reload the Instagram Accounts or Meta Accounts page in your browser. If the window never opened, allow popups and click the Add button again.
The Meta Token Status is not Active
Click the yellow Renew Token button in the Actions column, or the resync icon, and sign in again. Select every Facebook Page you want to keep, because a page you do not select may be removed from 3Dsellers. Use the admin login to renew.
A Facebook Page disappeared after I renewed Meta
A page you did not select during the Facebook sign-in may be removed. Click Add Meta Account again and select every page you want to keep.
I cannot find Instagram in the Helpdesk Channel filter
The Channel view filter in the Helpdesk lists Facebook but no Instagram entry. Use the Account filter instead, which lists every connected account.

How do I connect Instagram to 3Dsellers?
Open Integrations, click Instagram Accounts, click Add Instagram Account and sign in to Facebook in the window that opens. Instagram uses the same Facebook sign-in as Facebook.
Do Instagram and Facebook use the same sign-in?
Yes. Add Instagram Account and Add Meta Account both open the same Facebook sign-in.
Can renewing a Meta account remove a Facebook Page?

Who can renew a Meta token?

Does removing a Meta account cancel my subscription?
No. Removing an account removes its settings but does not disable your subscription. To cancel, visit the billing page.
Is the Webstore Facebook Page the same as a Meta account?
No. The Webstore Facebook Page screen only gives you a Shop Now link for your Facebook Page. A Meta account is connected in Integrations.
Why is there no Instagram option in the Helpdesk Channel filter?
The Channel view filter does not list Instagram. Use the Account filter to choose your Instagram account.
