To add several SKUs to 3Dsellers Inventory Sync at once, click Sync New SKU, search for and pick the first SKU, then click Add SKU for each extra row. One click on Save & Exit adds every row to the Inventory Sync table, each with an optional Warehouse Inventory quantity.
⚠️ Update Inventory with CSV does not add new SKUs to Inventory Sync. It only changes quantities of SKUs that are already in the table. Add new SKUs with Sync New SKU first.

What Sync New SKU does in 3Dsellers Inventory Sync
Sync New SKU is the dialog that registers SKUs in Inventory Sync, so 3Dsellers can manage their stock from one place.
It adds one SKU or several SKUs in a single save. Each SKU is its own row in the dialog.
It sets a starting Warehouse Inventory for each SKU, or 0 when you leave it blank.
It can register one bundle SKU and compute its stock from the bundle items.
It does not choose eBay accounts. Those come from Inventory Sync Settings by Channel.
Where do I find Sync New SKU in 3Dsellers Inventory Sync?
In the left menu, open Listings & Products > Inventory Management > Inventory Sync.
The page is headed Multichannel Inventory Management. Click Sync New SKU in the top-right corner, next to Inventory Sync Settings by Channel.
Add one SKU to Inventory Sync with Sync New SKU
The Sync New SKU dialog opens with one row. Each row needs a SKU picked from the search results.
In Add SKU (1), type a SKU or part of a product title.
Press Enter or click Search. The search does not run while you type.
Click the right product in the results. Each result shows a picture, the SKU and the title.
Optionally, type a quantity in Warehouse Inventory (2) or use the - and + buttons.
Click Save & Exit.
A row only takes a SKU you pick from the results. Typing a SKU without clicking a result leaves the row empty, and Save & Exit stays greyed out.
Add several SKUs to Inventory Sync in one Sync New SKU save
Fill in the first row as described above.
Click the full-width Add SKU button under the rows. A new, empty row appears.
Search for and pick a SKU in the new row, and add a Warehouse Inventory quantity if you want one.
Repeat for every SKU you want to add.
Click Save & Exit once. All rows are saved together.
As soon as the dialog has two or more rows, every row shows a red trash icon. Click it to remove that row. Each row needs its own search, so 50 SKUs means 50 searches in the same dialog.
Add a bundle SKU in the Sync New SKU dialog
Bundles & Kits in the Sync New SKU dialog registers one bundle SKU whose stock comes from its bundle items. It is only available while the dialog has a single row.
Search for and pick the bundle SKU in Add SKU.
Click Bundles & Kits to expand it.
In Bundle Item SKU (1), search for a component SKU, then set Qty in Bundle and Warehouse for it.
Click Add Bundle Item (2) for each further component.
Check Warehouse Inventory (3), which now reads “(computed from bundles)”, then click Save & Exit.
The computed quantity is the number of complete bundles the components allow. For each component, 3Dsellers divides its Warehouse by its Qty in Bundle and uses the lowest result. For editing bundles later, see Creating and Managing Bundles & Kits in Listing tool - Inventory Sync.
Sync New SKU fields and defaults
Add SKU (required): a search box. Press Enter or click Search, then pick a result.
Warehouse Inventory (optional): 0 or more. Left blank, the SKU starts with 0 On Hand.
Add SKU button: adds another row. Each row is saved as its own SKU.
Bundles & Kits (optional): only while there is one row. Qty in Bundle starts at 1 and Warehouse at 0.
Cancel closes the dialog without saving. The next time you open it, it starts again with one row.
Sync New SKU or Update Inventory with CSV: which should I use?
Use Sync New SKU to add SKUs that are not in Inventory Sync yet, and the CSV to change quantities of SKUs that are already there.

What happens after Save & Exit in Sync New SKU
A Success message appears, for example “3 SKUs synced successfully”. The dialog closes and the table reloads.
Each new SKU appears in the Inventory Sync table with the On Hand quantity you typed, or 0.
The Sync Channels column can be empty right after saving. 3Dsellers fills it automatically when it matches the SKU on your connected channels.
Whether quantity changes go to eBay depends on Inventory Sync Settings by Channel. See Multichannel Inventory Management: Inventory Sync (Listing Tool).
Sync New SKU edge cases
Adding a second row hides Bundles & Kits. Delete the extra rows to bring it back.
The Inventory Management menu appears when an eBay or Shopify account is selected at the top of the left menu.
If the save fails, an Error message reads “Failed to sync SKUs”.
What Sync New SKU will not do
It will not let you pick eBay accounts. Channels come from Inventory Sync Settings by Channel.
It will not add a SKU you type without picking it from the search results.
It will not add SKUs from a CSV file, and Update Inventory with CSV will not add them either.
It will not add listings you select in Listings Manager. Each SKU is searched in the dialog.
It will not combine a bundle with other rows in the same save.
Troubleshooting Sync New SKU
Save & Exit is greyed out in Sync New SKU
Save & Exit stays greyed out until every row has a SKU picked from the search results. Pick a result in each row, or delete empty rows with their trash icon.
Sync New SKU says No matching SKUs found
The search found no product for that text. Check the spelling, try a shorter part of the SKU or a word from the title, and press Enter or click Search again.
I uploaded a CSV but my new SKUs are not in Inventory Sync
Update Inventory with CSV does not add new SKUs. It only changes quantities of SKUs already in the Inventory Sync table. Add the SKUs with Sync New SKU first, then use the CSV for quantities.
My new SKU shows no Sync Channels
The Sync Channels column can be empty right after Sync New SKU saves. 3Dsellers fills it when it matches the SKU on your connected channels. Check that the SKU is the same on your eBay listing and that the account is set up in Inventory Sync Settings by Channel.
Bundles & Kits disappeared from Sync New SKU
Bundles & Kits is only shown while the dialog has one row. Delete the extra rows, or save the bundle on its own and add the other SKUs afterwards.

Can I add more than one SKU at a time to Inventory Sync?
Yes - Sync New SKU adds several SKUs at once. Click Add SKU for each extra row, pick a SKU in every row, and click Save & Exit once.
Can I add new SKUs to Inventory Sync with Update Inventory with CSV?
No - Update Inventory with CSV does not add new SKUs. It only updates quantities of SKUs that are already in the Inventory Sync table. Add new SKUs with Sync New SKU first.
Do I have to enter a Warehouse Inventory quantity in Sync New SKU?
No - Warehouse Inventory is optional. If you leave it blank, the SKU is added with 0 On Hand, and you can change it later with the pencil icon.
Where do I choose which eBay accounts a new SKU syncs to?
Not in Sync New SKU - the dialog has no account choice. Set each eBay account up in Inventory Sync Settings by Channel.
Can I add a bundle and other SKUs in the same Sync New SKU save?
No - Bundles & Kits is only available while the dialog has one row. Save the bundle on its own, then add the other SKUs.
Can Sync New SKU add the listings I selected in Listings Manager?
No - Sync New SKU does not take a selection from Listings Manager. It only adds the SKUs you search for and pick inside the dialog, one row per SKU.
