Does eBay allow selling the same item with multiple listings (duplicate listings)?
Under certain conditions, eBay's Duplicate Listings Policy allows selling the same item with multiple listings. For example, merchants who want to customize listings and prices for different eBay sites may do so by publishing each listing to each eBay site with significant differences (see policy) from the other eBay sites with the same item.

Navigate to Listings & Products → Inventory Management → Inventory Sync
Click Sync New SKU
In Add SKU, type a SKU or part of the title, press Enter or click Search, and pick the product from the results. There is no account step: the eBay accounts that sync are set in Inventory Sync Settings by Channel

Inventory Settings
After every sale, the Quantity is automatically restocked from the Warehouse. To skip this feature, set each of these to the same value. To maintain consistent displayed quantities (e.g., always showing a quantity of one), inventory management tools can automatically replenish quantities after each sale.
Quantity is the number that eBay will display.
"Warehouse" is the actual inventory you have in stock.
Upload a CSV to sync SKUs
You can also bulk add SKUs to eBay accounts with a CSV.
This feature can also be utilized for synchronizing inventory across multiple platforms, expanding its application beyond eBay alone.
In your CSV, include columns for
SKU,
quantities, and
InventoryControl (enables inventory sync).
