📋 Overview
A bundle in 3Dsellers is a product whose available quantity is automatically calculated from the individual component products it contains. You never enter the bundle's stock count manually — the system computes it based on what is currently available across all components.
Quick Example
You sell a Gift Set (SKU: A-123) that contains one T-Shirt (SKU: B-456) and one Cap (SKU: C-789).
You have 10 T-Shirts and 5 Caps in stock. The Gift Set bundle will show 5 available — limited by the component with the least stock.

Automatically push updated quantities to synced channels when component stock changes
Requirement:Inventory sync must be enabled for a channel before bundle quantities can be pushed to it. See Step 5: Enable Inventory Sync for Your Channels.
📦 What Are Bundles & Kits?
Bundles & Kits allow you to group multiple individual SKUs together and sell them as a single listing. The bundle's available quantity is automatically calculated — you never update it manually.
Common use cases:
Gift sets — e.g. a shirt + cap + bottle sold together as one listing
Multi-packs — e.g. a "Pack of 3" made from 3 units of the same product
Kits — e.g. a main product bundled with accessories
Combo deals — e.g. two different items always sold together
⚙️ Before You Create a Bundle
Make sure the following are in place:
All component products already exist in your catalog. Every individual item that makes up the bundle must already be a product in 3Dsellers, with its own SKU and inventory being tracked.
You know how many units of each component go into one bundle. For example: 1 Gift Set = 1 × T-Shirt + 1 × Cap + 2 × Socks.
At least one eBay account is connected to 3Dsellers.
🛠️ How to Create a Bundle SKU
1. Create (or open) the bundle product
Go to your Listing tool and create a new listing that will represent the bundle — or open an existing listing you want to convert into a bundle.
Fill in the product's SKU and Title. This product is the bundle itself — it is what gets listed on eBay and synced. Its component products are added in the next steps.
Example
SKU: A-123 | Title: Adidas Starter Kit (shirt + cap + bottle)
2. Go to Inventory Sync and Click “+ Sync New SKU”
In the top-right corner of the Inventory Sync page, click the blue + Sync New SKU button.
The Sync New SKU dialog will open.
3. Enter a SKU for the Bundle
In the Add SKU field, type the bundle SKU or Title you want to use for the bundle listing (the listing that will see the bundle with all the components)
The Warehouse Inventory field will display:
(computed from bundles)
This means the quantity is automatically calculated and cannot be set manually.

4. Add Bundle Components
Scroll down to the Bundles & Kits section and click it to expand.
For each component item in your bundle:
Enter the Bundle Item SKU — this must be an existing SKU in Inventory Sync.
Set the Qty in Bundle — how many units of this SKU are included in one bundle sale.
The Warehouse field shows the current On Hand for that component SKU.
To add more components:
Click + Add Bundle Item
Repeat for each additional component
You can include the same SKU more than once if different warehouses are involved.
How the Computed Quantity Works
5. Enable Inventory Sync for Your Channels
Before saving, make sure inventory sync is turned on for the channels you want to push this bundle’s quantity to.
Click:
Inventory Sync Settings by Channel, in the top-right of the Inventory Sync screen.
The dialog lists all your connected eBay accounts and their sync status.
Any channel showing OFF will not receive inventory updates.

To Enable Sync for a Channel
Click Edit Settings next to the channel.
Under Inventory Updates from Products Changes, select:
Update the products quantity on eBay [account]
Under Inventory Updates from Received Orders, select:
Update the product quantity on 3Dsellers
if you want orders to reduce stock automatically.
Click Save.

Note: When inventory sync is activated, 3Dsellers will not update quantities until another action occurs — such as a CSV upload, bulk action, manual edit, or received order.
6. Save & Exit
Once your bundle components are set and sync is enabled for your channels:
Click Save & Exit
The new bundle SKU now appears in the Inventory Sync list with:
A Bundle badge
A computed On Hand quantity
✏️ Editing an Existing Bundle
To update a bundle after it has been created:
Find the bundle SKU in the Inventory Sync list.
Click the pencil (edit) icon on the right side of the row.
The Inventory Settings dialog opens.
You can then:
Change Bundle Qty
Remove a component
Add a new component SKU
Switch inventory type between Warehouse and Bundles & Kits
See inventory logs
When finished:
Click Save & Exit

🛒 What Happens When a Bundle Sells
When a buyer purchases 1 unit of the bundle:
Each component's inventory is reduced by its Qty in Bundle
The bundle’s computed On Hand updates automatically
If sync is enabled, the updated quantity is pushed to the channel
🔗 Channel Sync for Bundles
Each bundle SKU includes a Sync Channels column showing where it actively syncs inventory.
If the Sync Channels column is empty:
Inventory is not currently syncing to any channel
To Connect a Bundle to a Channel
Ensure the bundle SKU exactly matches the SKU on your eBay listing
Ensure inventory sync is enabled for that eBay account
Trigger an inventory update through:
Update Inventory
CSV upload
Received order
This initiates the first sync.
✅ Best Practices
Match SKUs exactly between Inventory Sync and your eBay listings
Enable sync before saving new bundles
Monitor component stock levels regularly
Set Bundle Qty accurately
Review sync activity in:
Inventory Management → Logs
⚠️ Troubleshooting
The Bundle On Hand Shows 0 but I Have Stock
Check each component SKU individually.
If any component has 0 available stock, the bundle will also show 0.
The Bundle Quantity Is Not Updating on eBay
Verify:
Inventory sync is enabled for that channel
The SKU in 3Dsellers exactly matches the eBay listing SKU
Case-sensitive characters match correctly
I Can't Find a SKU to Add as a Component
Only SKUs already existing in your Inventory can be used.
So make sure the listing is active in the sales channel and appears on 3Dsellers's end.
The “Computed from Bundles” Value Looks Incorrect
Double-check the Qty in Bundle values.
The system divides each component's stock by its required quantity and uses the lowest result.
Incorrect bundle quantities will affect the computed total.
