Every 3Dsellers page has the same frame. The left menu takes you to each area, such as Listings or Orders. The section menu next to it lists that area's tools and holds the account dropdown. Search (⌘+K on a Mac, Ctrl+K on Windows) jumps to any page. Your first name at the bottom of the left menu opens Profile, Integrations, Billing and the light or dark display.

What is on every 3Dsellers screen?
Left menu: a narrow column of icons on the far left. Hover over it to see the labels.
Section menu: the tools of the area you opened, the account dropdown and three buttons at the bottom (Feature, 3D-AI-Bot, Report).
The page itself, for example the Listings grid or the Orders table.
Menus that open from the left menu: Search, Notifications, Get Help and your account menu.
There is no switch on the Dashboard that turns tools on or off. Which areas and tools you see depends on your connected channels, your subscription and, for teammates, the permissions an admin gave you.
⚠️ Most 3Dsellers pages show one account at a time: the one chosen in the account dropdown at the top of the section menu. If listings or orders seem to be missing, check that dropdown first.
How do I use the 3Dsellers left menu?
Move the mouse over the icons on the far left. The left menu widens and shows the labels.
Click an area: Dashboard, Helpdesk, Listings, Product Catalog, Orders, Marketing, Offers, Design or Reports.
Move the mouse away. The left menu shrinks back to icons by itself.
Search and Notifications sit above the areas, and Get Help and your picture sit at the bottom. If an area is greyed out, hover over it. Please add an account. means no selling channel is connected yet; clicking the area opens Integrations. During the first setup the tooltip reads Please complete the setup. instead.
How do I use the section menu in 3Dsellers?
The section menu shows the tools of the area you opened. Its header names the area: Listings opens Listings & Products and Orders opens Orders & Disputes.
Click the double arrow (1) at the top of the section menu to hide it and give the page more room. Click the small arrow next to the page title to show it again.
Click a group name (2), such as Listings Segments, to fold or unfold it. Other Listings groups include Listings Manager, Inventory Management and Finance.
Feature, 3D-AI-Bot and Report buttons in the section menu
Feature (tooltip Request Feature) opens the feature request page for the area you are in.
3D-AI-Bot opens the 3Dsellers chat window.
Report (tooltip Report an Issue) opens a form to report a problem on the current page.
How do I switch eBay accounts in the 3Dsellers account dropdown?
The account dropdown at the top of the section menu decides which store the page shows.
Click the account name under the section header.
Pick an account. Accounts are grouped by channel, such as eBay accounts and Shopify accounts. A channel with several accounts also offers a row such as All eBay accounts.
On Orders, choose All Accounts at the top to see orders from every channel in one list.
Wait while Switching channel... shows. The page reloads with that account's data.
To connect another store, scroll to the end of the list and click Add Account. Switching changes which account the pages show. It does not edit your listings or orders. For more eBay stores and regions, see Add Multiple eBay Accounts and Regions to 3Dsellers.
How do I find a page, SKU or order with 3Dsellers Search?
Press Cmd+K on a Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows, or click Search at the top of the left menu.
Type into Search features, pages, tools..., for example video or referral. Matching pages appear grouped by area.
Move with the arrow keys and press Enter to open a page. Press ESC to close Search.
Under the results, Search directly in looks up what you typed in one of three places. Pick the field in the by dropdown:
Product Catalog by SKU, Title or ASIN.
Listings by SKU, Item ID or Title.
Orders by Order ID, Tracking # or SKU.
The page then opens filtered by your text. Pages that are not part of your subscription show a lock icon and sit at the end. Pages you have no permission for do not appear. If nothing matches, you see No results for and your text.
Where do I see 3Dsellers notifications?
Click the bell (Notifications) in the left menu. A list of finished jobs opens over the page, such as a completed edit or AI listing, each with its date and time.
Switch between All and Unread, or type in Search to find one notification.
Click Mark All As Read to mark every notification as read.
Close the list with the X at the top right.
How do I get help from the 3Dsellers Get Help menu?
Hover over Get Help (the question mark) near the bottom of the left menu:
Report an Issue: a form to report a problem on the page.
Contact Us and Support Tickets: open the chat window, where you can message support or follow your tickets.
Request a Feature: the feature request page.
3D-AI-Bot: opens the same chat window.
Live Webinars, YouTube and Jobs: open in a new tab.
Whats new: product news in the chat window.
What is in the 3Dsellers account menu?
Click your picture and first name at the bottom of the left menu. The menu shows your login email (click it to copy) and these items:
Display: Light: switches to dark mode, and back. The choice is saved in this browser only.
Profile, Integrations, Teammates and Billing: your profile, connected channels, teammates and plan.
Earn $50 credit: the referral page.
Report Bug: the same problem form as Report an Issue.
Logout: signs you out.
Admins see every item. Teammates always see Display, Profile, Report Bug and Logout, plus Integrations, Teammates, Billing or Earn $50 credit when an admin gave them that permission.
How does the 3Dsellers referral program work?
Click Earn $50 credit in the account menu, or search for referral, to open Start Earning Now! - Referral. You earn $50 credit for every new friend who subscribes, and the friend gets 15% off their first payment. The credit is deducted from your next invoice.
Fill in Full friend name: and Email Address:, then click Send Invite.
Or share your link with the Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Viber or Vk buttons.
Or copy the link under Your unique referral link: and paste it anywhere.
Your Referrals activity lists each referral with its Status and dates. “It will take 30 days after the referred user paid for the credit to appear in the account.” If the friend cancels within those 30 days, no credit is added.
Troubleshooting
My listings or orders seem to be missing
Most pages show only the account chosen in the account dropdown at the top of the section menu. Open it and pick the right account, or All Accounts on Orders.
An area in the left menu is greyed out
Hover over it. Please add an account. means no selling channel is connected: click the area to open Integrations. Please complete the setup. means the first setup is not finished.
A colleague sees a menu item that I do not see
Teammates see only the areas and items an admin gave them permission for. Ask an admin of the account to update your permissions under Teammates.
Nothing opens when I click 3D-AI-Bot or Contact Us
If an error says the chat is not loaded and asks you to disable your ad blocker, allow the chat in your ad blocker and click again.
A page in Search shows a lock icon
The lock means that tool is not part of your current subscription. Compare plans under Billing in the account menu.

What is the keyboard shortcut for Search in 3Dsellers?

How do I turn on dark mode?
Click your picture at the bottom of the left menu, then click Display: Light. The app switches to dark mode in this browser.
Where are Integrations and Billing?
Both are in the account menu: click your picture and first name at the bottom of the left menu.
Can I turn tools on or off from the Dashboard?
No - the Dashboard has no tool switches. The areas you see depend on your connected channels, your subscription and your teammate permissions.
Why do I only see one store's listings?
Pages show the account chosen in the account dropdown at the top of the section menu. Pick another account there, or All Accounts on Orders.
Does switching accounts change anything on eBay?
No - switching accounts changes which account 3Dsellers shows you. It does not edit your listings or orders on eBay.
When does my referral credit appear?
The $50 credit appears 30 days after your friend pays and is deducted from your next invoice. If the friend cancels within 30 days, no credit is added.
