Custom Feeds let you build a CSV file of your 3Dsellers catalog with exactly the columns you choose, then download it whenever you like or have 3Dsellers regenerate it on a schedule. Each feed has a permanent link, so you can give that link to a supplier, a marketplace or a partner and it keeps working every time the feed refreshes.
If you already use Mapping Templates, Custom Feeds will feel familiar. A feed is built the same way, except the result is a file you own rather than a listing on a channel.

Where do I find Custom Feeds?
Go to Products Catalog → Products Settings → Custom Feeds, directly below Mapping Templates.
Anyone who can see Mapping Templates in 3Dsellers can see Custom Feeds. Scheduling a feed also needs CSV export on your plan.
What the Custom Feeds page shows
Every feed you have built is listed with these columns:
Name and Feed Data, the source the feed reads. Today that is your catalog.
Attributes, how many columns are mapped.
Frequency, the schedule if there is one, with a switch to pause and resume it.
Last Run, when the file was last generated.
Feed URL, the permanent download link.
Actions: generate now, download, schedule, edit and delete.
Download stays greyed out until the feed has been generated at least once, with the note "The feed has not been generated yet". Delete asks you to confirm the feed by name.
How do I create a feed?
On the Custom Feeds page, click Create Feed and give it a name.
The editor opens with four columns already set up: SKU, Title, Price and Inventory, mapped to the matching product properties. Keep them, rename them, re-point them or delete them. They are only a starting point.
Give each column a name. That name becomes the header in your CSV.
Set where each column's value comes from, using the options in the next section.
Use Add Attribute to add a column at the bottom, or the bin icon on a row to remove one.
Save the feed, then use the generate action on its row to produce the first file.
Columns come out in the file in the order you put them here, so arrange them to match whatever the file is for.
Where can a column's value come from?
Each column in a Custom Feed uses the same value types as a Mapping Template:
Product Attribute - a value from the product itself. Choose from Product Property, Variation Type Value, Current Warehouse or Custom Attribute.
Free Text - the same fixed value on every row, useful for a channel name or a constant.
Rule - one of your mapping rules, for example a price multiplied for a particular marketplace.
Lookup List - translate your values into someone else's, for example your condition names into a marketplace's own codes.
What has to be true before a feed will save
At least one column must be mapped to something.
Every column needs a name, and no two columns can share the same name.
If a column uses a mapping rule, lookup list or custom attribute that has since been deleted, saving is refused and the message names the column you need to fix.
How do I schedule a feed?
Use the schedule action on the feed's row. A Custom Feed can run Daily, Weekly (choose the day of the week) or Monthly, at a time and timezone you set.
Once scheduled, the Frequency column shows the schedule with a switch next to it. Turning the switch off pauses the feed without losing the settings, so you can turn it back on later without setting it up again.
The feed URL
Every Custom Feed has one permanent download link, and the link never changes. Each run writes the new file to the same address, so a link you gave a supplier last month still returns today's data.
⚠️ Anyone who has the feed URL can download the file, and the file contains your catalog data. Treat it like any other shared link and only give it to people who should see that data.
What comes out in the file
The header row is your column names, in the order you arranged them.
There is one row per product, plus a row for each of that product's variations.
The whole catalog is exported.
A product with no value for a column gets an empty cell. A real zero is written as 0, so a sold-out product exports 0 rather than a blank.
Limits
A Custom Feed reads catalog data only. Listing data and order data are not available as a feed source yet.
There is no filter on a feed. Every feed exports the whole catalog.
Custom Feeds do not appear in the Report Center. They live only on the Custom Feeds page.
Deleting a feed removes the feed and its run history.
Troubleshooting
The download button is greyed out
The feed has not been generated yet. Use the generate action on the row once, and the download button becomes available.
My feed will not save
Three things block a save in 3Dsellers: no column is mapped, a column has no name or shares a name with another column, or a column points at a mapping rule, lookup list or custom attribute that has been deleted. The message names the column at fault in the last case.
One column is empty on every row
That column's mapping rule, lookup list or custom attribute was probably deleted after the feed was saved. The feed still generates, but that column comes out blank. Open the feed and re-map or remove the column.
I downloaded the file and it still has my old columns
Two generations close together can briefly leave the previous file on the URL. Wait a moment and download again.
I paused a schedule but the row still looks active
The pause is saved immediately and the feed will not run, but the row can take a second to settle. Refresh the page to confirm.
FAQ
Does the feed URL change each time the feed runs?
No, the feed URL is permanent. Every run overwrites the file at the same address, which is why you can safely give the link to a supplier or a partner once and leave it in place.
Can I choose which columns are in the feed?
Yes, that is the point of a Custom Feed. You add, rename, re-point and remove columns, and they appear in the file in the order you set.
Can I export only part of my catalog?
No, not yet. A Custom Feed always exports the whole catalog. There is no filter on a feed at the moment.
Does a sold-out product export as blank or as 0?
A sold-out product exports as 0, not a blank cell. This matters because many systems read a blank as "leave the stock alone" rather than "no stock".
Why can I not see my Custom Feeds in the Report Center?
Custom Feeds are deliberately kept out of the Report Center. They are managed only on the Custom Feeds page in the Products Catalog.
Can I download a feed without scheduling it?
Yes, use the generate action on the feed's row whenever you want a fresh file, then download it. A schedule is optional.
Do variations get their own rows?
Yes, the file contains one row per product plus a row for each of that product's variations, so variation-level data is included.
