Introduction
Migrating your listings from Inkfrog to 3Dsellers is quick and simple using the CSV Import tool. The system can automatically detect standard Inkfrog CSV files, map most fields automatically, and convert compatible data into the correct 3Dsellers format.
During the migration, product images will also be automatically uploaded to 3Dsellers image hosting, since Inkfrog image URLs may expire.
If you edited the CSV file before uploading it — especially column names or field structure — make sure to review the mappings carefully before starting the import.
This guide will walk you through the complete process of importing your Inkfrog listings into 3Dsellers using a CSV file.
Step 1: Open the CSV Import Tool
Go to CSV Import
Then click Import Products.
Step 2: Upload Your Inkfrog CSV File
Upload your CSV file from your computer, HTTPS link, or FTP/SFTP source.
The system is designed to automatically detect Inkfrog CSV files.
Step 3: Select “Inkfrog Migration” (If Needed)
In most cases, 3Dsellers will automatically recognize the file as an Inkfrog export.
If the migration source is not detected automatically, manually select:
Migration Source → Inkfrog Migration
When this option is selected, 3Dsellers will:
Automatically map Inkfrog column names
Convert Inkfrog values into 3Dsellers-compatible values
Convert condition text and policy names
Automatically re-host image URLs to 3Dsellers Host because Inkfrog image URLs may expire
Step 4: Review the Mapping Fields
If your Inkfrog CSV file was exported without modifications, the fields should map automatically.
You can then proceed with the import without needing additional setup.
Important: If You Edited the CSV File
If you made changes to the CSV file before uploading it — especially:
Renaming column headers
Removing columns
Rearranging fields
Editing field names
—you should carefully review all mappings before starting the import.
Incorrect or missing mappings may cause:
Missing product information
Incorrect field assignments
Failed imports
Missing variations or item specifics
Always verify that each 3Dsellers field is mapped to the correct CSV column.
Image Hosting During Migration
During the Inkfrog migration process, product images are automatically uploaded and re-hosted on 3Dsellers image hosting.
This is required because Inkfrog image URLs may expire after migration.
You do not need to manually re-upload images separately.
Step 5: Start the Import
After reviewing the mappings, click Start Import to begin importing your items into 3Dsellers.
Your products will be added to your drafts and will be ready for review and publishing.
