Orders Print Options – Overview

Generate invoices, packing slips, pick lists, and SKU labels in bulk. Learn how to use print options to streamline fulfillment and warehouse operations.

The Print menu allows you to generate and print documents for selected orders, helping streamline fulfillment and operations.

You can access print options from:
Orders → Select orders → Print


Available Print Options:

1) Generate Invoice

Creates a 3Dsellers invoice for selected orders.

  • Generated as a PDF file

  • Can include multiple orders in one file

  • Option to regenerate existing invoices

⚠️ Note:
Invoices are not customizable at this time.


2) Generate Packing Slip

Creates packing slips for selected orders to support your fulfillment and shipping process.

A packing slip includes key order and shipping details, along with item information such as SKU, quantity, and pricing. It is typically used by warehouse teams to verify and pack orders accurately before shipment.

⚠️ Notes:

  • Packing slips are generated as a PDF file

  • Multiple orders can be combined into one document

  • Packing slips are not customizable at this time


3) Generate Pick List

Creates a consolidated list of items to pick for fulfillment.

Includes:

  • Product details

  • SKU

  • Quantity

  • Warehouse information (if applicable)

Helps warehouse teams efficiently prepare orders.

4) Print SKU Labels

Print barcode labels for products in selected orders.

Features:

  • Multiple label formats and printer support

  • Customizable label content (SKU, product name, price, etc.)

  • Barcode generation

Notes & Best Practices

  • Print actions apply only to selected orders

  • Large batches may be grouped into a single PDF (with limits)

  • Always preview documents before printing when possible

  • Use pick lists and labels together for efficient warehouse workflows
