Note: To access and utilize the Zapier integration, you must have administrative privileges within your 3Dsellers account.


How to Enable the Zapier Integration

  1. Log in to your 3Dsellers account

  2. Navigate to Settings from the main menu

  3. Click on Integrations in the settings menu

  4. Locate the Zapier section

  5. Click Connect to Zapier or Enable Zapier Integration

  6. You will be redirected to Zapier to authorize the connection

  7. Sign in to your Zapier account or create a new account if you don't have one

  9. Once connected, return to 3Dsellers to verify the integration is active

Triggers

  • Order Created: Triggers instantly when a new order is created in 3Dsellers. This trigger starts your Zap immediately when an order is received, allowing you to automate order notifications, update spreadsheets, send emails, or trigger actions in other connected apps.

Actions

  • Create Product: Creates a new product in your 3Dsellers catalog. Required fields include SKU, Title, CategoryId, Price, and Currency. Optional fields include Subtitle, Description, ShortDescription, ModelNumber, Condition, Brand, Manufacturer, and Notes.

  • Create Product Category: Creates a new product category in 3Dsellers. Requires a Category Name.

  • Find Products: Searches for products in your 3Dsellers catalog. You can optionally match by SKU or include products with variations using the WithVariants parameter.

I'm getting authentication errors. How do I fix this?
