Available Triggers and Actions
The 3Dsellers Zapier integration provides the following triggers and actions to build your automated workflows:
Triggers
Order Created: Triggers instantly when a new order is created in 3Dsellers. This trigger starts your Zap immediately when an order is received, allowing you to automate order notifications, update spreadsheets, send emails, or trigger actions in other connected apps.
Actions
Create Product: Creates a new product in your 3Dsellers catalog. Required fields include SKU, Title, CategoryId, Price, and Currency. Optional fields include Subtitle, Description, ShortDescription, ModelNumber, Condition, Brand, Manufacturer, and Notes.
Create Product Category: Creates a new product category in 3Dsellers. Requires a Category Name.
Find Products: Searches for products in your 3Dsellers catalog. You can optionally match by SKU or include products with variations using the WithVariants parameter.

The 3Dsellers Zapier integration works seamlessly with hundreds of popular apps. Here are some common workflow examples:

Webhooks by Zapier
In addition to the native 3Dsellers triggers and actions, you can use Webhooks by Zapier to create custom integrations:
Webhook Triggers
Catch Hook: Triggers instantly when a POST, PUT, or GET request is made to a Zapier URL. Use this to receive webhook notifications from external systems.
Catch Raw Hook: Similar to Catch Hook but provides the request body unparsed (max 2 MB) and includes headers. Useful for handling custom webhook formats.
Retrieve Poll: Triggers when a request to a URL returns new entries. Zapier checks for new data every 15 minutes on the Free plan.
Webhook Actions
POST: Fire off a single POST request as a form or JSON to any URL.
GET: Fire off a single GET request with optional querystrings.
PUT: Fire off a single PUT request as a form or JSON.
Custom Request: Fire off a custom request by providing raw details. Very flexible but requires careful configuration.

Best Practices
Test before going live: Always test your Zaps thoroughly before activating them to ensure they work as expected.
Monitor your Zaps: Regularly check your Zap history in Zapier to ensure workflows are running successfully and catch any errors early.
Use filters: Add filters to your Zaps to ensure only relevant data triggers actions, reducing unnecessary automation runs.
Handle errors gracefully: Set up error notifications in Zapier to be alerted when a Zap fails, allowing you to quickly address issues.
Start simple: Begin with simple workflows and gradually build more complex automations as you become comfortable with Zapier.
Document your workflows: Keep notes on what each Zap does and why it was created, making it easier to maintain and troubleshoot later.
Troubleshooting
My Zap isn't triggering. What should I do?
If your Zap isn't triggering:
Verify that your 3Dsellers account is properly connected in Zapier
Check that the Zap is turned on (not paused)
Ensure you have the correct trigger selected (Order Created)
Test the trigger manually in Zapier to see if it detects new orders
Check your Zapier task history for any error messages
Verify that you have available tasks in your Zapier plan (Free plan has limited tasks per month)
I'm getting authentication errors. How do I fix this?
If you receive authentication errors:
Disconnect and reconnect your 3Dsellers account in Zapier
Verify that your 3Dsellers account credentials are correct
Ensure your 3Dsellers account has administrative privileges
Check if your 3Dsellers account password has changed and update it in Zapier
Contact 3Dsellers support if the issue persists
Can I use Zapier with multiple 3Dsellers accounts?
Yes, Zapier supports multiple accounts for the same app. You can connect multiple 3Dsellers accounts and choose which account to use for each Zap. This is useful if you manage multiple stores or seller accounts.
What happens if my Zapier plan runs out of tasks?
If you exceed your Zapier plan's task limit, your Zaps will pause until you either upgrade your plan or wait for the next billing cycle. Monitor your task usage in Zapier to avoid unexpected interruptions.
Can I create products with variations through Zapier?
The Create Product action supports basic product creation. For products with variations, you may need to use the 3Dsellers API directly or contact support for guidance on handling complex product structures through Zapier.
