Learn how to view your current 3Dsellers subscription plan, understand included features, plan limits, and track usage in real time.

🧭 Introduction

The Subscription (Billing) page in 3Dsellers helps you understand what plan you’re on, what features are included, and how much of your plan you’re currently using.

This page is designed to give you full visibility into your subscription at a glance—so you can track limits, monitor usage, and ensure your plan fits your business needs.

📦 Viewing Your Current Subscription Plan

At the top of the Billing page, you’ll see your active subscription plan.

Plan details include:

  • Plan name (for example: eBay Enterprise Suite, Helpdesk Growth)

  • Plan status (Active)

  • Current cost

  • Next billing cycle date

  • Applied coupons or discounts (if any)

You can quickly confirm which plan you’re on without navigating away from the page.

🧩 Understanding What Your Plan Includes

Each subscription plan includes a predefined set of features and allowances. These are displayed directly on the page so you can clearly see what’s available to you.

Common included features:

  • Listings capacity

  • eBay account connections

  • Multichannel integrations

  • Helpdesk agents

  • AI credits

  • Access to specific tools and capabilities depending on your plan

Below the usage section, you’ll also see a list of plan benefits, such as:

  • Priority support

  • Dedicated account manager (plan dependent)

  • Onboarding services

  • Lifetime historical data access

Only features included in your current plan are shown as active.

📊 Tracking Plan Usage

The Plan Usage section shows how much of your subscription limits you’ve used.

Each resource is displayed with a progress bar, making it easy to understand usage at a glance.

Typical usage metrics include:

  • Listings – How many listings you’re currently using out of your plan limit

  • eBay Accounts – Number of connected eBay accounts

  • Multichannel Integrations – Connected external platforms

  • Agents – Active helpdesk agents

  • AI Credits – Remaining AI actions available in your plan

Usage bars update automatically as your account activity changes.

📈 Reading Usage Indicators

Each usage bar shows:

  • Current usage

  • Maximum allowed limit

  • A visual indicator when usage is nearing the plan limit

This helps you proactively monitor capacity and avoid hitting limits unexpectedly.

If you reach a limit:

  • The usage bar will be fully filled

  • Certain actions may be restricted until usage is reduced or the plan is upgraded


🧩 Managing Add-ons and Extra Features

Your subscription may include optional add-ons that expand your plan’s capabilities beyond the default limits.

To manage add-ons:

  1. Scroll to the Add-ons section

  2. Click Manage Add-ons

This opens the Manage Add-ons modal, where you can:

  • Increase or decrease add-on quantities (such as additional accounts or agents)

  • Enable or disable optional features included with your plan

  • Review the total monthly cost before confirming changes

👉 Any changes to add-ons follow the same subscription rules:

  • Time you’ve already paid for is always respected

  • Changes are scheduled for the next billing cycle

  • Your current access remains active until the cycle ends

To apply changes, click Update Subscription.

🔄 Upgrading, Downgrading, or Viewing More Plan Options

You can change your subscription plan at any time to better match your business needs.

Where to manage plan changes

On the Billing page, you’ll find two ways to review and change plans:

Both options allow you to view available plans and select a new one.

When to upgrade or downgrade

You may want to upgrade if:

  • You’re approaching plan limits

  • You need access to additional features

  • Your business volume has increased

You may want to downgrade if:

  • Your usage has decreased

  • You no longer need higher limits or advanced features

All available plans and options are clearly displayed when you click Upgrade Plan or Change Plan, so you can compare before confirming.


📄 Downloading Billing Invoices

You can view and download your billing invoices directly from the Billing History panel.

To download an invoice:

  1. Locate the Billing History section on the right side of the page

  2. Click Invoice next to the relevant billing date

  3. Use See All Invoices to access your full invoice history

Invoices are provided for each completed billing cycle and can be downloaded for:

  • Accounting

  • Expense tracking

  • Tax or compliance purposes

Paid invoices are clearly marked with a Paid status for easy reference.

🔐 Subscription Status & System Behavior

At the bottom of the plan details section, you’ll find important subscription information, including:

  • Subscription status (Active)

  • Next billing date

  • Current cost

  • Applied coupons

As long as your subscription is active:

  • All included features remain available

  • Usage continues to refresh automatically

  • Data remains accessible according to your plan

  • Usage data is read-only and cannot be edited manually

  • Feature availability depends strictly on the active plan

  • Usage resets or renews based on your billing cycle (where applicable)

  • Discounts and coupons apply according to their defined duration

Yes. Usage bars update automatically as activity occurs.

👉 What happens if I reach a plan limit?
You may be restricted from performing actions related to that limit until usage is reduced or the plan is upgraded.

Usage follows your billing cycle rules depending on the resource type.

When you upgrade or downgrade your subscription, 3Dsellers always takes into account any time you’ve already paid for.

  • Your current plan remains active until the end of the current billing period

  • Any plan changes are scheduled to take effect in the next billing cycle

  • You won’t lose access to features you’ve already paid for during the current month

  • There are no mid-cycle interruptions to your service

This ensures a smooth transition between plans while fairly applying your existing subscription time.
