💳 Understanding Your Subscription | 3Dsellers

Learn how to view your current 3Dsellers subscription plan, understand included features, plan limits, and track usage in real time.

🧭 Introduction

The Subscription (Billing) page in 3Dsellers helps you understand what plan you’re on, what features are included, and how much of your plan you’re currently using.

This page is designed to give you full visibility into your subscription at a glance—so you can track limits, monitor usage, and ensure your plan fits your business needs.

Menu path:
Admin → Billing

Finding the Billing page: Admin Avatar button > Billing


📊 Subscription Usage Overview

At the top of the Billing page, you’ll see visual usage bars showing your current limits and consumption.

Listings Limit Usage

Displays how many listings you are currently using out of your plan’s limit.
Example: 340 / 500

You can click Change Plan to upgrade your listing capacity.


Add-Ons Usage

This section displays usage for additional features included in your plan: To manage your subscription add-ons, navigate to the Billing page and select "Manage Add-ons." From there, you can add new features, remove existing ones, or switch between add-ons to better suit your needs.

• eBay Accounts

Shows how many connected eBay accounts are in use.
Example: 3 / 3
Click Manage eBay Accounts to add or remove accounts.

• Multichannel Integrations

Displays the number of active integrations (Shopify, Walmart, etc.).
Example: 10 / 9
Click Manage Integrations to configure them.

• Helpdesk Agents

Shows the number of active helpdesk agents.
Example: 3 / 3
Click Manage Helpdesk Agents to adjust users.

• AI Tokens

Displays your remaining AI credits.
Example: 2305 Remaining AI Credits
Click Manage AI Tokens to purchase or manage token usage.


🔔 Scheduled Subscription Changes

If you have upcoming subscription changes (such as downgrades or billing cycle updates), a notification banner will appear:

“You have scheduled changes to your subscription”

Click Learn more for additional details.


🧾 Current Plan

This section shows your active subscriptions.

Each product (for example, eBay Growth Suite or Helpdesk Professional) displays:

  • Plan name

  • Monthly price

  • Billing frequency (Monthly or Yearly)

  • Upgrade option

  • Coupon applied (if any)

  • Cancel Subscription option

If you’re on monthly billing, you’ll also see:

Save 20% – Change to Yearly


Used Coupon

If a coupon is active, it will appear under the plan details.

Example:
Used Coupon: HELLO3D


📅 Billing Status

At the bottom of the Current Plan section, you’ll see:

  • Next billing cycle date

  • Subscription status (Active / Canceled / Past Due)

Example:
Next billing cycle: Mar 16, 2026
Status: Active


💳 Payment Method

The right-hand panel displays your saved payment method.

You can:

  • Click Update Payment Method to change your card

  • Remove the saved payment method if needed


🧍 Billing Information

This section includes:

  • Company or personal name

  • Billing email

  • Address

  • Phone number

Click Edit Billing Information to update these details.


🔄 Managing Your Plan

From the Billing page, you can:

  • Upgrade your subscription

  • Switch from monthly to yearly billing

  • Apply coupons

  • Manage add-ons

  • Cancel your subscription

All changes take effect according to your billing cycle unless otherwise stated.


📄 Billing History & Downloading Billing Invoices

You can view and download your billing invoices directly from the Billing History panel.

To download an invoice:

  1. Locate the Billing History section on the right side of the page

  2. Click Invoice next to the relevant billing date

  3. Use See All Invoices to access your full invoice history

Invoices are provided for each completed billing cycle and can be downloaded for:

  • Accounting

  • Expense tracking

  • Tax or compliance purposes

Paid invoices are clearly marked with a Paid status for easy reference.

🔐 Subscription Status & System Behavior

At the bottom of the plan details section, you’ll find important subscription information, including:

  • Subscription status (Active)

  • Next billing date

  • Current cost

  • Applied coupons

As long as your subscription is active:

  • All included features remain available

  • Usage continues to refresh automatically

  • Data remains accessible according to your plan

❌ Canceling Your Subscription

Each product in your account (for example, eBay Growth Suite or Helpdesk Professional) is managed separately.

If you wish to cancel, simply click Cancel Subscription under the specific plan you want to stop.

Important:

You only need to cancel the plan you no longer wish to use.
There is no need to cancel both plans unless you intend to fully close all services.

For example:

  • If you want to stop using Helpdesk but continue using eBay tools → cancel Helpdesk Professional only.

  • If you want to stop eBay tools but keep Helpdesk → cancel eBay Growth Suite only.

After cancellation:

  • Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • No further charges will be made for the canceled plan.

  • The remaining active plan (if any) will continue uninterrupted.

If you have scheduled changes, they will be reflected in the notification banner at the top of the Billing page.

  • Plan limits are enforced automatically

  • Usage data is read-only and cannot be edited manually

  • Feature availability depends strictly on the active plan

  • Usage resets or renews based on your billing cycle (where applicable)

  • Discounts and coupons apply according to their defined duration

👉 Where can I see my current plan?
On the Billing page under Plan Details.

👉 Can I track usage in real time?
Yes. Usage bars update automatically as activity occurs.

👉 What happens if I reach a plan limit?
You may be restricted from performing actions related to that limit until usage is reduced or the plan is upgraded.

👉 Does usage reset automatically?
Usage follows your billing cycle rules depending on the resource type.

👉 What happens when I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

When you upgrade or downgrade your subscription, 3Dsellers always takes into account any time you’ve already paid for.

  • Your current plan remains active until the end of the current billing period

  • Any plan changes are scheduled to take effect in the next billing cycle

  • You won’t lose access to features you’ve already paid for during the current month

  • There are no mid-cycle interruptions to your service

This ensures a smooth transition between plans while fairly applying your existing subscription time.
