Managing Products Catalog in 3Dsellers
The Products Catalog feature in 3Dsellers provides tools to help manage and organize your products. You can either disable this feature entirely or request access if it's not yet enabled for your account. The steps below explain these processes.
Disabling Products Catalog
If you no longer wish to use the Products Catalog feature, you can disable it entirely:
Go to the Integration Settings in your 3Dsellers account.
Locate the Catalog toggle.
Turn off the toggle to disable the Products Catalog feature.
After this, the Products Catalog will be completely disabled. You can enable it again at any time by turning the toggle back on.
Important Note About Catalog-Enabled Products
If a product’s Catalog option is enabled in 3Dsellers, some features in the Listing Tool will be unavailable.
When Catalog is enabled:
✅ Inventory Sync will be disabled
✅ You will not be able to manage warehouse quantity from the Listing Tool
❌ Other listing fields that normally sync or update may also be restricted
This happens because products linked to a marketplace catalog are controlled by the catalog entry, and certain listing controls are managed by the marketplace rather than by the Listing Tool.
Requesting Access to Products Catalog
The Products Catalog feature is not available for all accounts by default. If you’re unable to access it but wish to use it, here are the steps you can follow:
Contact the 3Dsellers support team to request access.
Provide information about the number of accounts you plan to manage and the total number of products.
Based on this information, the support team will determine your eligibility and enable access to the feature if approved.
