3Dsellers includes AI tools that help you create new listings faster by generating draft listings from different types of input, such as product images, titles, URLs, identifiers, or barcodes.
All AI-generated listings are created as drafts, so you can review and edit them before publishing.
📍 Where to access AI listing creation
Go to Listings in the left sidebar.
In the top toolbar, click Create Listing and find the AI options under Create with AI.
Select one of the available listing creation options.

🤖 Which AI option should I use?
The Create with AI part of the Create Listing menu has five options. Pick the one that matches what you already have for the product:
Product photos: Images to Listings
Product names or titles: Titles to Listings
Links to product pages: URLs to Listings
UPC, EAN or ISBN numbers: Identifiers to Listings
The product in hand, with a barcode to scan: Scan Barcode
The Create with AI options appear only when an eBay account is selected.
🖼️ Images to Listings
Use this option to create listings by uploading product images.
The AI analyzes the uploaded images and generates listing drafts automatically. You can group images that belong to the same product to create multiple listings at once.
How it works
Upload product images
Drag and drop images into the upload area or click Upload images.Group images by product
Select the images that belong to the same item and create a listing group.
Each group of images will generate a separate listing.Create the listings
Click Create Listings. The AI will analyze the images and generate listing drafts automatically.Review the drafts
The listings will be saved as drafts, where you can review and edit the generated details before publishing.
How do I tell the AI about flaws, size or condition?
The 3Dsellers Images to Listings window has two optional fields under the images: Tell the AI more (optional) and Condition (optional). Use them for anything the photos may not show.
Tell the AI more: type the condition, flaws, size or what is included, up to 2,000 characters. For example: "Small scratch on the left side, size M, charger included". The AI uses your note when it writes the title, item specifics and description.
Condition: pick the item condition. The AI keeps the condition you chose instead of guessing it from the photos.
The note and condition apply to the listing made from these images. When you group images, they apply to the next group you create, and each group keeps its own note and condition.
When your note describes a flaw and the item is not new, 3Dsellers writes the flaw into the eBay Condition Description and starts the listing description with "Please note:" and the flaw. Creating a listing with AI from images still costs 5 AI credits per listing.
To speak instead of typing, use your device keyboard's dictation (voice typing) in the Tell the AI more box. The same two fields are also in Generate Listing > Image to Listing in the listing editor, in Image Hosting > Create Listing from Images when AI Image to Listing is ticked, and in the Product Catalog under Images to Products.
What the AI may generate

You can upload multiple images at once and create several listings in the same process.
Group images carefully so each group represents a single product.
You can shift-click to select multiple images when creating groups.
Review all generated details before publishing to ensure accuracy.
Notes
Only images that are grouped into listings will be processed.
Each generated listing is saved as a draft so you can review and edit it before publishing.

📝 Titles to Listings
Use this option to create new listings using one or more product titles.
How it works
Enter or paste listing titles
Click to Search and select one of the options available
AI generates draft listings with all the eBay Catalog data based on the option you choose
Best for
Bulk creation when you only have basic product names/titles
Copying product titles from spreadsheets or supplier lists

Use this option to create a listing using a product page URL.

AI extracts available details from each page and generates draft listings
Best for

Converting a product page into a draft listing quickly

You can upload multiple URLs at once — up to 1000 URLs per batch
Adding tags makes it easier to group and review AI-generated drafts later
Supported URLs: eBay, Aliexpress, Amazon and Walmart.

Use this option to create listings by scanning product barcodes. Works the same as the identifiers mentioned in the section above, but it comes with the option to scan the product's barcode with your device camera or image.

After creating listings through AI:
Go to Listings → 3Dsellers Drafts
Open the created draft listing(s)
Review the following before publishing:
Title accuracy and formatting
Description quality
Category selection
Item specifics validity for the selected category
