3Dsellers includes AI tools that help you create new listings faster by generating draft listings from different types of input, such as product images, titles, URLs, identifiers, or barcodes.
All AI-generated listings are created as drafts, so you can review and edit them before publishing.
📍 Where to access AI listing creation
Go to Listings in the left sidebar.
In the top toolbar, open the AI dropdown.
Select one of the available listing creation options.

🤖 Create New Listings with AI
Use this option when you want to create a listing from scratch using AI assistance.

Quick draft creation when you don’t have structured product data

🖼️ Images to Listings
Use this option to create listings by uploading product images.
The AI analyzes the uploaded images and generates listing drafts automatically. You can group images that belong to the same product to create multiple listings at once.
How it works
Upload product images
Drag and drop images into the upload area or click Upload images.Group images by product
Select the images that belong to the same item and create a listing group.
Each group of images will generate a separate listing.Create the listings
Click Create Listings. The AI will analyze the images and generate listing drafts automatically.Review the drafts
The listings will be saved as drafts, where you can review and edit the generated details before publishing.
What the AI may generate
Depending on the images provided, the AI may populate:
Title

Item specifics
Category suggestions
Tips
You can upload multiple images at once and create several listings in the same process.
Group images carefully so each group represents a single product.
You can shift-click to select multiple images when creating groups.
Review all generated details before publishing to ensure accuracy.
Notes
Only images that are grouped into listings will be processed.
Each generated listing is saved as a draft so you can review and edit it before publishing.

Use this option to create new listings using one or more product titles.
How it works
Enter or paste listing titles
Click to Search and select one of the options available
AI generates draft listings with all the eBay Catalog data based on the option you choose
Best for
Bulk creation when you only have basic product names/titles
Copying product titles from spreadsheets or supplier lists

AI extracts available details from each page and generates draft listings

Adding tags makes it easier to group and review AI-generated drafts later

Use this option to create listings by scanning product barcodes. Works the same as the identifiers mentioned in the section above, but it comes with the option to scan the product's barcode with your device camera or image.

Reviewing AI-generated listings
After creating listings through AI:
Go to Listings → 3Dsellers Drafts
Open the created draft listing(s)
Review the following before publishing:
Title accuracy and formatting
Description quality
Category selection
Item specifics validity for the selected category

Results depend on the availability and accuracy of matching products in the eBay catalog
If a close match isn’t found, the draft may be incomplete and require manual edits
