Overview
The AI Listing Creator allows you to generate new eBay listings automatically from images, titles, product identifiers, or URLs.
Each method uses 3Dsellers AI to detect your product information and create a ready-to-edit draft listing.
You can access this feature directly in your Listings Manager under the Create Listing → AI (New) menu.
Step 1 — Open the AI Listing Creator
From your Listings & Products dashboard, click the AI (New) dropdown next to “Create Listing.”
Select your preferred creation method: Images, Titles, Identifiers, or URLs.
Step 2 — Choose a Creation Method
Each AI listing option provides a different way to start your new draft:
· Images to Listings — Upload product photos and let AI identify details.
· Titles to Listings — Enter existing product titles to search for matches.
· Identifiers to Listings — Use UPC, EAN, or ASIN codes to pull in data.
· URLs to Listings — Paste product links from eBay or other supported sources.
Step 3 — Add Product Information
Each method opens its own creation modal.
Follow the on-screen prompts and add your image, title, identifier, or URL.
You can also select or create custom tags to organize your drafts automatically.
Step 4 — Upload a Product Image (Images to Listings)
simple as that, image to listing.
When using Images to Listings, upload or drag in your product image.
The system supports multiple images but will only use the first image for AI detection.
Tags can be applied to help categorize generated drafts.
Step 5 — Click Create Listings
After uploading your image or entering data, click Create Listings.
3Dsellers AI will automatically generate a new draft listing populated with key details:
· Category
· Title
· Description
· Custom attributes
Step 6 — Review Your Draft Listing
Once the AI completes processing, your new draft appears under 3Dsellers Drafts.
From here, you can edit the title, description, category, or any attributes before publishing to eBay.
The new listing will appear under your 3Dsellers Drafts tab
Tips
· You can upload multiple listings at once — up to 100 identifiers, URLs, or images per batch.
· Adding tags makes it easier to group and review AI-generated drafts later.
· The AI uses your first image as the primary reference, even if multiple are uploaded.
· Review all generated details before publishing — especially for niche or unique products.
