Store Designer 3Dsellers Platform User Manual 

The following guide will explain how to setup your eBay store with 3D Sellers platform’s eBay Store Designer. 

Step 1: 

Sign up to 3D Sellers Platform via http://site.3dsellers.com/login/+

Select the Log in with Ebay button on the right and log in. 

Step 2: 

Enter your eBay ID and password to sign in.       

Step 3: 

Next you will be asked to agree to eBay and 3D Sellers’ terms and conditions. Click the blue Agree button and you will be redirected to the platform..  

Step 4:

If you are not already subscribed to the app you will be requested to  add an email and password to the account, then you will be redirected

to Paypal for payment.

Step 5:

3D Sellers Platform is now activated.

Choose the eBay Store Designer on the left menu.

2. Revert to Old Store

Step 1:

Go to eBay Edit Store

Home> My eBay> Manage My Store> Edit Store via http://storefront.ebay.com/psn/edit

Step 2:

On Edit Store page there’s a Revert to my old Store button on the top right.

Step 3:

Once you click on the Revert to my old Store button a message will pop-up.  

Click on the Revert my Store button and your old store will be updated.

3. Choose Store Template

3.1 Choose a Template

Step 1:

Log in to 3Dsellers platform via http://site.3dsellers.com/login/

Step 2:

The first tab on the eBay Store Designer feature is Create Design.

On this tab you will see  available templates.

By hovering (moving mouse) over each template you will see two buttons: Preview and Save.

The preview option will allow you to view your store with the template before saving the template.

3.2 Edit a Saved Template

Step 1:

After saving a template, the template will appear under the Saved Designs tab. 

All your saved templates will appear under this tab. You can choose to edit a saved template by clicking on Edit. copy a template by clicking on Create Similar Template or publish the template on your eBay store by clicking on Apply.

4. Change Store Header 

Go to Header

Step 1:

To access eBay Store Designer go to https://platform.3dsellers.com/store-designer

Step 2:

Go to Create Design if you’d like to start a new design or select Saved Designs tab if you want to edit the header of a saved design.

In this example we’ll select the Create Design tab. Select the Customize button in order to start editing it.

Step 3:

After selecting the Customize button a page 

will open with the current design.

Choose the edit icon (pencil icon) in the Header to add/change the header text or image.

4.1 Edit Header Text

After selecting to edit the header icon a new window will pop-up.

Customize the text, its color, font and size in this window.

The text design will change in the pop-up window so you’ll be able to see all changes immediately after they are done.

Once you’re done, click on the Save button.

4.2 Change/Add Image

Click on Upload Image tab and select an image. 

Once the image is updated, the pop up window will close immediately and the new image will be visible. 

Do note, you cannot add both an image and a text, choose one of them. 

4.3 Hiding the Header

In case you choose to hide the header, change the visibility toggle from visible to invisible. 

5. Navigation Bar

Go to Navigation Bar

Step 1:

To access eBay Store Designer go to https://platform.3dsellers.com/store-designer

Step 2:

Go to Create Design if you’d like to start a new design or select Saved Designs to edit the header of a saved design.

In this example we will choose the Create Design tab. Select the customize button in order to start editing it.

Step 3

After clicking on the Customize button a new page will open with the current design.

5.1 Add a Navigation Button

Click on the Add Nav button (top left).

A new navigation button will be added and you can click on the edit (pencil) icon .

5.2 Edit a Navigation Button

Step 1:

Click the edit (pencil) icon next to the button you’d like to edit. 

Step 2:

A new window will pop-up. In the Button Text field you can add the text. In the Link destination field you can add a field. 

Do note: Under ebay regulations the link destination has to be an eBay page (store, item, section etc.). eBay will remove any links to other sites. 

5.3 Delete a Navigation Button

Step 1: 

Wen hovering (moving mouse) over the navigation section, a delete icon (X icon) appears next to each button. 

Step 2:

Click on the icon and pop-up message will appear, asking you if you are sure you want to delete the icon.

Click on Delete and the button will be deleted.

5.4 Hide Navigation Bar 

Use the visibility toggle to hide the Navigation bar. Change the toggle from visible to invisible. 

6. Change Slider

Go to Slider

Step 1:

To access eBay Store Designer go to https://platform.3dsellers.com/store-designer

Step 2:

Go to Create Design to start a new design or select Saved Designs if you’d like to edit the header of a saved design.

In this example we will choose the Create Design tab. Click on the Customize button in order to start editing it.

Step 3

After selecting the Customize button, a new page will open.

6.1 Editing Slider

6.1.1 Edit Slider Texts

Step 1:

Each of the texts on the slider can be edited. When hovering (moving mouse) over the text area a pencil icon will appear. Click on this icon and new text window will open.

Step 2:

Change the text in the text field and click the Save button.

You can add a link to an eBay page, it can lead to a specific item or category. 

6.1.2 Add New Slide

Step 1:

Click on the Add Slide button on the top left 

Step 2:

A new slide will appear in the slide menu. Click on the new slide tab; in this example, slide 3. Update the text and image for the new slide.

6.1.3 Replace Slider Image

Step 1:

When hovering (moving mouse) over the slide image, a new box appears with a blue Replace image button. 

Click on the button and a new window will pop up.

Step 2:

In the new window you can find all the images you have already uploaded as well as free images available for 3D Sellers platform users.   

You can scroll the page to see all images or search for a specific image by name using the search field located on the top right 

The top left Upload button enables you to upload a new image from your device.  

Once you clicked on the new item, the window immediately closes and the new image will now appear on the slide. 

6.2 Hiding Slider

Use the visibility toggle to hide the slider. Change the toggle from visible to invisible.

7. Change Item Offers

Going to Item Offers

Step 1:

To access eBay Store Designer go to https://platform.3dsellers.com/store-designer

Step 2:

Go to Create Design if you’d like to start a new design or select saved Designs if you’d like to edit the header of a saved design.

In this example we selected the Create Design tab. We will choose the Customize button in order to start editing it.

Step 3:

After selecting the Customize button, a new page will open.

7.1 Change Item Offers Title 

Step 1:

Click on the edit (pencil) icon next to the title text. The default text is Latest Offers.

Step 2:

Once the pop-up window is open, change the button text in the text field and click on Save to save changes. 

7.2 Add New Item

Click on the Add Item button on the top right. Once you clicked on it a new item will appear on the list. 

7.3 Change Item

Step 1:

Click on the tag icon to select the listing you want to change. 

Step 2:

A new window will open with your store listings’ names and prices. 

Pick an item by clicking on the purple Select button.

7.4 Delete an Item

Step 1:

Next to every item there is a Delete (X) icon. When hovering (moving mouse) over it its color will change from black to red. Click on the red icon to delete the item. 

Step 2:

Once you click on the X icon a pop up window will appear. 

Click on Delete and the  item will be removed. 

7.5 Hiding Item Offers

Use the visibility toggle to hide the Item Offers section. Change the toggle from visible to invisible. 

8. Policy

Go to Policy

Step 1:

To access eBay Store Designer go to https://platform.3dsellers.com/store-designer

Step 2:

Go to Create Design if you’d like to start a new design or select saved Designs if you’d like to edit the header of a saved design.

In this example we will select the Create Design tab. Choose the Customize button and start editing it.

Step 3:

After clicking on the Customize button a new page will open with the selected template. The Policy section is marked in red.  

8.1 Changing Policy Icon

Step 1:

When hovering (moving mouse) over a policy box two icons will appear, a pencil and a smiley. Click on the Smiley icon next to the icon you want to change. 

Step 2:

A new window with a selection of icon will open. Click on an icon to select it. The policy icon will be immediately replaced.

8.2 Changing Policy Texts

Step 1:

Hover over policy icon and then click on the pencil icon. A new window will open.  

Step 2:

Once the pop-up window is open, change the button text inthe field and click on Save to save changes. 

8.3 Hiding Policy Section

Use the visibility toggle to hide the Policy section. Change the toggle from visible to invisible. 

9. Categories

Go to Categories Section

Step 1:

To access eBay Store Designer go to https://platform.3dsellers.com/store-designer

Step 2:

Go to Create Design if you’d like to start a new design or select Saved Designs to edit the header of a saved design.

In this example will go with the Create Design. We will choose the customize button in order to start editing it.

Step 3:

After selecting customize a new page will open with the chosen template. The Categories section is marked in red.  

9.1 Change Categories Section Title

Step 1:

Click on the Categories edit (pencil) icon. 

Step 2::

Enter new text to text box and click on the Save button.

9.2 Add a New Category

Click on the Add Category button on the top right (marked in red)

A menu will open with category type selection, Main Category or Sub Category. 

The main category will appear on the top categories menu.  

The Sub-category will appear in the boxes under the main category. 

9.3 Replace Image

Step 1:

When hovering (moving mouse) over an image a new box appears.

Click on the button and a new window will pop up.

Step 2:

In the new window you can find all the images you have already uploaded as well as free images available for 3D Sellers platform users.   

You can scroll the page to see all images or search for a specific image by name using the search field located on the top right (marked in red).

The top left Upload button, also marked in red, enables you to upload a new image from your device.  

Once you clicked on the new item, the window will be immediately closed and the new image will now appear on the slide. 

9.4 Delete a Category

Step 1: 

On the top right of every category there is a delete (X) icon. 

When hovering over it the icon will become red. Click on it and the category will disappear.

Step 2:

Once you click on the X icon a pop up window will appear. 

Click on Delete and the  item will be removed. 

9.5 Change Category Title, Button and Link

Step 1

Hover (move mouse) over a category title Click on the edit (pencil) icon in the category.

Step 2

In the new window you can change the category name in the Main Text Field. Change the subtitle in the Secondary text field. 

Change the button text in the Link text.

Add a link to an eBay page that will open when clicking on the button in the Enter a link to an eBay page field.

The Icon will also appear when hovering

 over the button or subtitle. 

9.6 Hiding Categories Section

Use the visibility toggle to hide the Categories section. Change the toggle from visible to invisible. 

Policy

Go to Policy

Step 1:

To access eBay Store Designer go to https://platform.3dsellers.com/store-designer

Step 2:

Go to Create Design if you’d like to start a new design or select saved Designs if you’d like to edit the header of a saved design.

In this example we will select the Create Design tab. Choose the Customize button and start editing it.

10. Banner

Step 1:

Step 2:

Go to Create Design if you’d like to start a new design or select saved Designs if you’d like to edit the header of a saved design.

Step 3:

10.1 Change Banner Image

Step 1

When hovering (moving mouse) over an image a new box appears.

Click on the button and a new window will pop up.

Step 2

In the new window you can find all the images you have already uploaded as well as free images available for 3D Sellers platform users.   

You can scroll the page to see all images or search for a specific image by name using the search field located on the top right (marked in red)

10.2 Changing Banner Text

Step 1:

When hovering over the banner text a pencil icon will appear. Click on it and new window will pop-up. 

Step 2:

Change the text in the Main Title field and click on the Save button. 

Change the button text by editing the text in the Link text field.

You can change the link the button leads adding a link in the Enter a link to an eBay page. 

Do note the link must redirect to an eBay page.

10.3 Changing Banner Button

Step 1

When hovering over the button a pencil icon will appear. Click on it and new window will pop-up. 

Step 2

Change the button text by editing the text in the Link text field.

You can change the link the button leads adding a link in the Enter a link to an eBay page. 

 10.4 Hiding Banner

Use the visibility toggle to hide the Banner section. Change the toggle from visible to invisible. 

11. Videos

Step 1:

To access eBay Store Designer go to https://platform.3dsellers.com/store-designer

Step 2:

Go to Create Design if you’d like to start a new design or select saved Designs if you’d like to edit the header of a saved design.

In this example we will select the Create Design tab. Choose the Customize button and start editing it.

Step 3:

After clicking on the Customize button a new page will open with the selected template. The Policy section is marked in red.  

11.1 Change Videos Section Title

Step 1:

Click on the Categories edit (pencil) icon. 

Step 2::

Enter new text to text box and click on the Save button.

11.2 Replace a Video

Step 1:

When hovering over a video a camera icon will appear. Click on this icon and a new window will pop-up. 

Step 2::

IN the window on the right you can upload a new video (up to 4MB).

On the left you will find other videos. When hovering (moving mouse over) a Select button will appear. Click on a video to update the new video and the window will close.

11.3 Delete a Video

Step 1:

When hovering over a video a delete (X) icon will appear. Click on this icon and a new window will pop-up. 

Step 2::

Once you click on the X icon a pop up window will appear. 

Click on Delete and the  item will be removed. 

12. Testimonials

Go to Testimonials Section

Step 1:

To access eBay Store Designer go to https://platform.3dsellers.com/store-designer

Step 2

Go to Create Design if you’d like to start a new design or select saved Designs if you’d like to edit the header of a saved design.

In this example will go with the Create Design. We will choose the customize button in order to start editing it.

Step 3:

After selecting customize a new page will open with the chosen template. The Testimonials section in marked in red.  

12.1 Changing Testimonials Title

Step 1:

Click on the edit (pencil) icon next to the Testimonials title.

Step 2:

Enter the text to the text box and click on the Save button. 

12.2 Add a Testimonial

Click on the Add Testimonial button on the top left (marked in red). 

The new testimonial will appear as a new slider. Click on it and start editing.

12.3 Delete Testimonials

Step 1:

Click on the delete icon (X) on the top right. 

Step 2:

A new Are You Sure? Message will pop-up. Click on Delete and the testimonial will be deleted. 

12.4 Editing Testimonial Text

Step 1:

Click on the top pencil icon on the left. 

Step 2:

Change the text in the text box and click the Save button. 

12.5 Hiding Testimonials Section

Use the visibility toggle to hide the Testimonials section. Change the toggle from visible to invisible. 

13. About Us

Go to About Us

Step 1:

To access eBay Store Designer go to https://platform.3dsellers.com/store-designer

Step 2:

Go to Create Design if you’d like to start a new design or select saved Designs if you’d like to edit the header of a saved design.

In this example will go with the Create Design. We will choose the customize button in order to start editing it.

Step 3:

After selecting customize a new page will open with the chosen template. About Us section in marked in red.  

13.1 Editing About Us Title

Step 1:

Click on the edit (pencil) icon in the category.

Step 2:

Enter the text to the text box and click on the Save button. 

13.2 Editing About Us text

About Us section consists of two texts. The top pencil icon edits the text on top. The lower pencil icon edits the text on the bottom. 

Step 3:

After you click on one of the edit icons a new window will pop up. Edit the text in the text box and click on the Save button, both are marked in red.
