If your reply is red with error, eBay likely hit a snag, or your eBay token is disconnected from 3Dsellers.

Red replies typically mean that eBay's API has hit a snag.

In most cases, you should be able to resend the message right away.

However, first hover your mouse over the warning symbol.

If error "#21917053 IAF token supplied is expired." is present, resync your eBay account to 3Dsellers. If you do not see an "IAF token" error, it may take up to a few minutes for eBay to resolve the issue. While rare, these eBay Messaging API errors will occur sometimes.
