This error typically means the Title of the listing is identical to another title of another listing on the same eBay account.

What does this error mean?

This error comes directly from eBay via API, with the most common reason being that the listing you are trying to publish has a title that is the same as another active listing with the same title.

How to resolve?

Changing only one character in the title should resolve the error, however we recommend making more changes to stay 100% compliant with eBay Selling Policies.
