Managing your payment methods and resolving payment issues on 3Dsellers is straightforward. You can update your billing information in just a couple of clicks:
Visit your profile page at 3Dsellers Profile.
If you encounter issues with your payment, such as a 'Do Not Honor' error, follow these steps:
Contact Your Bank: A 'Do Not Honor' error typically indicates that your bank is flagging the transaction. Contact your bank to ensure the transaction is authorized. If necessary, ask them to whitelist the transaction.
Use an Alternative Payment Method: If the issue persists, try using a different payment method, such as PayPal or Google Pay, with a different card.
Re-add Your Card: If your payment continues to fail, remove and re-add your card on 3Dsellers. This can sometimes resolve card authorization issues.
At the right side you will find your billing settings, where you can update your payment method, and your company billing details- Click on the 'Update payment method' link and follow the on-screen instructions to update your payment details.
