The Orders Manager's Tags feature allows you to add internal notes, or labels, to your orders that are only displayed and used within 3Dsellers.
Tags are useful during the fulfillment process to relay order statuses and item identifiers, creating an easier workflow for your team. You can also easily find tagged orders by using your Tags in a search or filter:
If the Tags column is not visible, enable it with the visibility menu:
How to add Tags individually
In the Tags column, you can type a new tag and press Enter to set it.
Or, select a previously used tag from the drop-down menu.
How to add Tags in bulk
Select orders to tag using the left column.
Then, choose Tags from the Bulk Actions menu.
In the pop-up, you can add Tags to all the orders you selected, or remove tags.
