How to stop sending feedback reminders

Pause eBay feedback reminders any time: open Feedback Reminder settings, switch the first or second reminder off and save your changes.

If, at any given time you would like to pause the reminders, you can easily do that.

  1. In Feedback Reminder, click on the Settings tab.

  2. Select either First Reminder or Second Reminder and toggle the ON/OFF switch to the OFF position

  3. Click on Save Changes.
