Inventory Logs in 3Dsellers Listings Manager lists the quantity updates for your listings. Each row shows the product, the account, the old and new quantity, the order behind it when there is one, and a status icon. Open it from Listings & Products > Listings Manager > Inventory Logs.
⭐ Inventory Logs shows the account selected at the top of the left menu. To see another account's quantity updates, switch the account there.

What Inventory Logs does and does not do
Inventory Logs in 3Dsellers Listings Manager is a read-only history of quantity updates.
It lists only inventory (quantity) updates raised by Listings Manager. Other kinds of product events are not listed here.
It shows one account at a time: the one selected in the account selector. Changing the account reloads the list from page 1.
It has no buttons that change inventory, listings or settings. Clicks only copy text, preview an image, sort, filter or open an order.
Where do I find Inventory Logs in 3Dsellers?
Inventory Logs is the last item of the Listings Manager group in the 3Dsellers left menu.
Click Listings in the left menu. The Listings & Products menu opens.
Pick the account you want to check in the account selector at the top of that menu.
Expand Listings Manager and click Inventory Logs.
The page opens with the heading Inventory Logs, a Filter control, a search icon at the top right and the table.
The same page also opens from Inventory Management > Logs in the same menu. Product Catalog has its own version under Inventory Management > Logs, described in How to Manage Your Inventory and Inventory Sync with 3Dsellers Products Catalog.
What do the Inventory Logs columns show?
The Inventory Logs table in 3Dsellers has 12 columns, and the two that matter most are Old Value and New Value: the quantity before and after the update.

Channel | The account the listing belongs to. |
Date | When the log row was written. |
Event Date | When the quantity change happened. |
Item ID | The marketplace item ID. Click to copy it. |
Order ID | Shown when an order caused the change. Click it to open the order details. |
Old Value | The on-hand quantity before the update. |
New Value | The on-hand quantity after the update. |
SKU | The SKU again, in its own column. Click to copy it. |
User | The user linked to the change. |
Event | The event type. On this page it is always an inventory update. |
Status | An icon for the sync result. See the next section. |
Click Date or Event Date to sort by it. You can resize, move and hide columns, and 3Dsellers remembers the layout.
What do the Status icons mean in Inventory Logs?
The Status column in 3Dsellers Inventory Logs shows one icon per row. Hover an icon to read its tooltip.
Icon | Tooltip and meaning |
Check mark | Listing successfully updated. Shown when the row is not waiting and has no error message. |
Clock | Sync in progress. The update is still pending or processing. |
Exclamation mark | The tooltip shows the error message saved for that row. Three messages are reworded, as listed below. |
Three exclamation mark tooltips start with Not synced and name the reason:
Not synced - this listing is not linked to a catalog product: link the listing to its product. See Why did my item sell when it was out of stock? (Negative inventory explained).
Not synced - inventory and price sync are turned off for this channel: check that account's sync settings in How to Manage Your Inventory and Inventory Sync with 3Dsellers Products Catalog.
Not synced - sync conditions were not met for this listing: check both the link and the sync settings for that listing.
⚠️ An exclamation mark icon in Inventory Logs needs your attention. Hover it to read the reason, then check that listing's quantity on the marketplace and fix the cause.
Find a quantity change with search and Filter in Inventory Logs
Inventory Logs in 3Dsellers has a quick search and a Filter builder.
Search Inventory Logs by SKU, Order ID or Item ID
Click the magnifier icon at the top right of the page to open the search. On a wide screen the search box is already open.
It searches by SKU by default. Switch it to Order ID or Item ID to search by those.
Type the value. The results update shortly after you stop typing.
Filter Inventory Logs by product, date or error
Click Filter.
Choose the field (1). Product Title is selected first.
Choose the condition (2), for example contains.
Type the value in the box below, then click Add Filter.
Applied filters show as tags under Filter; remove a tag to remove that filter. The fields are Product Title, Product SKU, Event Name, Error Description, Event Date, Order ID, Seller and Date. Error Description finds rows by error text. On this page, Seller does not narrow the results, because the account selector already sets it.
Read one quantity change row in Inventory Logs
To trace one quantity change in 3Dsellers Inventory Logs, follow the row from left to right.
Find the row with the search.
Compare Old Value and New Value to see how much the quantity moved.
Check Event Date for when it happened.
If Order ID is filled in, click it to open the order details.
Hover the Status icon to read the sync result.
Inventory Logs defaults
Inventory Logs in 3Dsellers opens with these settings.
15 rows per page. Change it to 50, 100, 150 or 200 in the page-size menu at the bottom right.
Search by SKU.
Filter field Product Title with the condition contains.
Inventory Logs edge cases
Teammates: access is the Inventory Logs permission under the Listings Manager tab of the teammate permissions, so the account owner can switch it off.
The Product Catalog version (Inventory Management > Logs) is not limited to Listings Manager updates, and it keeps the Seller filter.
A row that no order caused has no Order ID link.
What Inventory Logs will not do
It will not change a quantity, resend an update or edit a listing.
It will not show events other than quantity updates.
It will not show the accounts you did not select.
Troubleshooting Inventory Logs
Inventory Logs says No Rows To Show
Check the account selector at the top of the left menu: Inventory Logs only shows that account. Remove any filter tags and clear the search. If the account had no quantity updates yet, the table stays empty.
I cannot see Inventory Logs in the Listings Manager menu
Expand Listings Manager and look at the last item. If you are a teammate, ask the account owner to switch on the Inventory Logs permission under the Listings Manager tab.
My eBay listing still shows the old quantity
Search Inventory Logs for the SKU or Item ID and hover the Status icon. An exclamation mark icon gives the reason, such as a listing not linked to a catalog product or sync turned off for that account. Fix the cause, then check the listing's quantity on eBay.
The Inventory Logs status icon is a clock
The clock means Sync in progress: the update is still pending or processing. If the clock stays, check the listing's quantity on the marketplace and the account's sync settings.

Can I change a quantity from Inventory Logs?
