To give many listings a different mapping template at once, use the Change Mapping Template bulk action in the 3Dsellers Listings Manager. Select the listings and choose Bulk Actions > Manage > Change Mapping Template. Pick the template in Mapping template:, tick Revise listing when template changes if the live listings should update now, and click Change template. The action needs the Product Catalog.

What does the 3Dsellers Change Mapping Template bulk action do?
A mapping template controls how product data from your Product Catalog is converted into the listing. This 3Dsellers bulk action assigns one template to every selected listing.
It reassigns the template on all selected listings in one step.
With the revise box ticked, it also updates the listings from the new template.
It does not revise unlinked listings, which have no link to a catalog product.
It works in the Active, Scheduled and 3Dsellers Drafts segments. It is greyed out in the All segment.
How do I open Change Mapping Template in the 3Dsellers Listings Manager?
In the 3Dsellers Listings Manager, open a segment such as Active under Listings Segments.
Tick the listings that should get the new template.
Click Bulk Actions, point to Manage, and click Change Mapping Template.
How do I pick a template in the Change mapping template dialog?
The dialog opens, titled Change mapping template. Its first line says how many selected items it will change.
Click Select Template next to Mapping template: and choose one of your mapping templates.
Read the yellow note. It warns that changing the template can affect all listing data, because the template controls how catalog data becomes the listing.
Tick Revise listing when template changes (highlighted) to update the listings now. The button then reads Change template and revise.
Click Change template. The dialog closes and the change starts. There is no second confirmation.
The info icon next to the box explains that the action updates each listing from the mapping template assigned to it, and that unlinked listings won't revise.
While it runs, a progress message says the templates are being updated. A success message then gives the number of templates updated, or an error message appears.
Should I tick Revise listing when template changes?
The revise box decides whether this action also revises the listings, or only reassigns the template.

⚠️ Changing the mapping template can affect all listing data, and the dialog has no second confirmation. Review the template before you apply it to a large batch, especially with the revise box ticked.
What are the Change mapping template fields and defaults?
Nothing is preselected in the 3Dsellers dialog, so the button stays disabled until you pick a template.

What are the Change Mapping Template edge cases and limits?
A few cases change how the 3Dsellers Change Mapping Template bulk action behaves:
Unlinked listings. They are not revised. See Understanding Linked and Unlinked Listings in Product Catalog.
Catalog disabled. On an eBay account, the action is greyed out until the Product Catalog is enabled.
All segment. The action is greyed out there. Open Active, Scheduled or 3Dsellers Drafts first.
One listing. The same dialog can open for a single listing with a template already chosen. It then names the template instead of showing the picker.
Revising later. To push catalog data to listings at another time, see Revising Listings in Bulk in the Catalog (and How Your Data Gets Updated).
Limits of Change Mapping Template:
It will not ask for a second confirmation.
It will not revise unlinked listings.
It will not update live listings unless the revise box is ticked.
It will not run on an eBay account while the Product Catalog is disabled.
It will not run from the All segment.
Troubleshooting Change Mapping Template
Change Mapping Template is greyed out in the 3Dsellers Bulk Actions menu
Point at it to see why. The tooltip “This action is not available because the product catalog is disabled.” means the Product Catalog is off for that account, so enable it. If the tooltip names segment All, click Active, Scheduled or 3Dsellers Drafts, tick the listings again and reopen Bulk Actions.
The Change template button is greyed out
No template is chosen yet. Pointing at the button shows Please select template. Pick one in Mapping template first.
My listings did not change after I changed the mapping template
Either the revise box was not ticked, or the listings are unlinked. Without the box, this action only reassigns the template. Unlinked listings are never revised by this action. To revise linked listings later, see Revising Listings in Bulk in the Catalog (and How Your Data Gets Updated).

Do I need the Product Catalog to change mapping templates in bulk?
Yes - on an eBay account, Change Mapping Template is greyed out until the Product Catalog is enabled.
Does changing the mapping template update my live listings?
Only if you tick Revise listing when template changes. Otherwise the template is reassigned, but the listings are not revised by this action.
Does Change Mapping Template revise unlinked listings?
No - unlinked listings won't revise. Only listings linked to a catalog product are revised.
Does Change Mapping Template ask me to confirm?
No - Change Mapping Template has no second confirmation. Clicking Change template starts the change.
Can I change the mapping template of 3Dsellers drafts?
