The Report Center lets you export any of your eBay listings to a CSV file — with full control over which fields, item specifics, images, and shipping details are included. Use it to back up your listing data, analyze it in Excel, or make bulk edits and re-import the updated file.

Step 1 – Open the Report Center and choose eBay Listings Report

  • Navigate to Reports → Report Center

  • Click Create New Report

  • Select eBay Listings Report as the report type

Step 2 – Configure your report

Fill in the report details and apply any filters you need:

  • Report Name – Give the report a recognizable name

  • Description (optional) – Add a note for your own reference

  • Select Channel – Choose the eBay account to export from

  • Filters – Narrow the export by saved filter, category, listing status, or listing date range

  • Include Item Specifics – Choose All, None, or Manual to control which item specifics are included in the export

  • Include Shipping Details – Toggle on to include shipping policy data

  • Include All Images – Toggle on to include all image URLs for each listing

Step 3 – Select fields and generate

Scroll down to the fields section to choose exactly which columns appear in your CSV:

  • Use Add All Fields to include every available field, or search and add fields individually

  • Enable Add specifics prefix "C:" to prefix all item specific column headers with C: — required when re-importing the file back into 3Dsellers via CSV Import

  • Toggle Include All Variations to export variation data for multi-variant listings

  • Toggle Include Vehicle Compatibilities if your listings contain fitment/compatibility data

  • Toggle Remove HTML tags from description to strip HTML formatting from the description column

  • Optionally, click Schedule to set up automatic recurring exports

  • Click Save Report as Template to save your configuration for future reuse

  • Click Save & Generate to run the report and download your CSV

What's included in the exported CSV

  1. Basic listing information – All fields selected during configuration (Item ID, Title, SKU, URL, etc.)

  2. Descriptions and attributes – Full listing descriptions and item attributes

  3. Inventory and price data – Current stock levels and pricing

  4. Item specifics – Included based on your Include Item Specifics selection; columns are prefixed with C: when that option is enabled

  5. Shipping and images – Included when the corresponding toggles are enabled

Once exported, you can make bulk changes and re-import the file using the CSV Import tool.
