Catalog Channel Settings decide what happens when something changes in your 3Dsellers Product Catalog, for one connected account at a time. They control whether a new catalog price goes to your linked listings, whether a quantity change goes to the channel, and whether orders reduce your catalog stock. Open them with the gear next to an account in Product Catalog > Integrations, choose an option in each section and click Save. For a new account every section starts on Don't update.
⚠️ Nothing in Channel Settings takes effect until you click Save. Clicking a radio or a switch only changes the screen; Cancel or closing the window discards it.

Where do I find Catalog Channel Settings?
The same Catalog Channel Settings window opens from three places. Its title names the channel and account, for example “eBay integrations settings for” plus the account name: settings are saved per account. It holds Price Sync, Inventory Updates from Products Changes and Inventory Updates from Received Orders, extra sections for Amazon and Walmart, and Cancel / Save.
Open Channel Settings from the Product Catalog left menu
Open Product Catalog from the left menu.
In the Product Catalog left menu, scroll to Integrations. Each connected account has its own row.
Click the gear at the end of the account row. Its tooltip reads “Channel Settings”.
Open Channel Settings from the Settings > Integrations accounts page
Go to Settings > Integrations > eBay Accounts (or the accounts page of another channel). In the Multichannel Catalog column, click Settings next to the account. The Settings button only shows on rows where Multichannel Catalog is On.
Open Channel Settings from Catalog Inventory Management
Open Product Catalog > Inventory Management > Inventory Management.
Click Inventory Sync Setting by Channel at the top right.
The dialog “Inventory Sync Settings by Channel” lists your accounts with their Inventory Sync status (ON or OFF). Click Edit Settings on the account you want.
When you turn on Multichannel Catalog for an account, 3Dsellers opens an Add New Integration window. Its first step, Channel Settings, is the same form, and Next saves it.
How do I send catalog price changes to my listings?
Price Sync in Catalog Channel Settings controls what happens when a catalog price changes, “either by CSV upload or manually entry”. It applies to products linked to listings on that account.
Open Catalog Channel Settings for the account.
Under Price Sync, choose “Update the products price on” followed by the channel and account name.
Optional: a switch “Update the products price for unlinked listings.” appears below. Turn it on to include listings that are unlinked from their catalog product.
Click Save.
The blue box in Price Sync explains that you can change the price that reaches the listing with rules in the mapping templates: decrease, increase, round, or change the ending to .99. Set those rules in the mapping template; see Product Catalog - Channel Template Mapping Explained.
For what linked and unlinked mean, read Understanding Linked and Unlinked Listings in Product Catalog.
How do I send catalog quantity changes to my channels?
Inventory Updates from Products Changes in Catalog Channel Settings controls what happens when a product quantity changes in 3Dsellers inventory management, “either through CSV upload, bulk action, manual entry or order received”.
Open Catalog Channel Settings for the account.
Under Inventory Updates from Products Changes, choose “Update the products quantity on” followed by the channel and account name.
Optional: turn on “Update the products quantity for unlinked listings.”, which appears below it. Its tooltip reads “Turning this on will update the quantity for unlinked listings.”
Click Save.
⭐ This section warns: “Note that when activating this setting 3Dsellers won’t update your products quantity until further action is taken - either through CSV upload, bulk action, manual entry or order received.”
How do received orders change my catalog stock?
Inventory Updates from Received Orders in Catalog Channel Settings applies “When an order is received on” that account and imported into 3Dsellers. It changes the quantity in your catalog, not on the channel.
“Don't update the product quantity on 3Dsellers.” - orders from this account leave catalog stock as it is.
“Update the product quantity on 3Dsellers.” - orders from this account reduce catalog stock. Two switches then appear: Update inventory for Active / Not yet Paid orders. and Restock inventory after return. (marked BETA).
Both switches are explained step by step in Restock Inventory After eBay and Shopify Returns. Whether your other channels then receive the new quantity is decided by Inventory Updates from Products Changes on each of those accounts, because “order received” is one of its triggers.
What extra Channel Settings do Amazon and Walmart accounts have?
Amazon and Walmart accounts show more sections in Catalog Channel Settings:
Amazon only, Additional Settings: the switch “Enable additional mapping template options for 1P Amazon Vendor sellers.”
Amazon, FBA/MCF Automation: the switch Enable FBA order fulfillment automation, the FBA Warehouse Name, a required Shipping Method, the boxes Block Amazon Logistics carrier. and Use unbranded packaging., and which selling channels to fulfill for. See FBA & MCF Automation (Amazon).
Walmart, WFS/MCS Automation: the switch Enable WFS order fulfillment automation, the WFS Warehouse Name and a required Shipping Method. It also needs a required order channel ID (Enter Order Channel ID) and the selling channels to fulfill for. See Walmart Multi-Channel Solution (MCS): Automating WFS Orders Across All Channels.
When you pick selected selling channels for FBA or WFS fulfillment, a channel stays greyed out until inventory updates are on for it. Its tooltip reads “Please activate inventory updates for this channel in integration settings to add it.” Set Inventory Updates from Products Changes to Update on that account first. Turning the automation switch off opens a confirmation; the change still only applies when you click Save.
How do I save or cancel Channel Settings?
Check every section of Catalog Channel Settings for the account.
Click Save at the bottom right. 3Dsellers confirms with “Settings changed successfully. Changes are being applied...” and closes the window.
To leave without changing anything, click Cancel or close the window.
On an Amazon or Walmart account with the automation switch on, an empty required field such as Shipping Method shows an error when you click Save, and nothing is saved. Fill it and save again.
Which Catalog Channel Settings are on by default?
For a newly connected account, every Catalog Channel Settings option starts in its off position.
Setting | Default |
Price Sync | Don't update the products price |
Update the products price for unlinked listings. | Off |

Troubleshooting Catalog Channel Settings
I changed a catalog price but eBay still shows the old price
Open Catalog Channel Settings for that account and check that Price Sync is on “Update the products price on”... and that you clicked Save.
If the listing is unlinked, turn on “Update the products price for unlinked listings.”
Also check the price field in the mapping template the listing uses. More checks: Catalog Price or Quantity Changes Not Updating on eBay or Shopify.
I turned on quantity updates but the channel still shows the old quantity
Check that Inventory Updates from Products Changes is on “Update the products quantity on”... and that you clicked Save. The note in that section says quantity is not updated until a further action: a CSV upload, a bulk action, a manual entry or an order received. Make the next quantity change after saving, then check the channel.
My Channel Settings changes were gone when I reopened the window
Catalog Channel Settings only keep what you save. Clicking Cancel or closing the window discards your choices. Choose again and click Save.
I can't find the Settings button on the eBay Accounts page
The Settings button sits in the Multichannel Catalog column and only shows when that account's Multichannel Catalog is On. You can still open the window from the gear under Product Catalog > Integrations.
A channel is greyed out in the FBA or WFS channel list
Set Inventory Updates from Products Changes to Update in that channel account's Channel Settings, click Save, then return to the Amazon or Walmart account.
