The FBA & MCF Automation feature allows you to automate order fulfillment through Amazon and keep tracking updated across your connected sales channels.
With this feature, Amazon handles fulfillment while 3Dsellers manages order routing and tracking updates.
⚠️ This page is about order fulfillment only. Your Amazon FBA stock is tracked in 3Dsellers automatically and in real time as soon as you connect Amazon — that part is not controlled here and does not depend on this feature being enabled. This page only controls whether an order placed on another channel (eBay, Etsy, Walmart, etc.) is automatically sent to Amazon to be shipped via FBA. See Multi-Warehouse Feature (Catalog) for how FBA stock is tracked and combined with your other warehouses.
What is FBA & MCF Automation?
When enabled, FBA/MCF automation allows you to:
Fulfill orders placed on other channels (eBay, Etsy, Walmart, etc.) using your Amazon FBA stock
Automatically send fulfillment requests to Amazon when an order is placed
Automatically update tracking information once the order is shipped
This reduces manual work and ensures faster, more accurate order processing.
How It Works
A customer places an order on a connected channel
3Dsellers automatically creates an FBA/MCF fulfillment request on Amazon
Amazon fulfills the order
Tracking is synced back to 3Dsellers and updated on the original sales channel
Enabling FBA & MCF Automation
To enable the feature:
Go to Integrations → Amazon
Open your Amazon integration settings
Scroll to Additional Settings
Locate FBA/MCF Automation (Beta)
Toggle Enable FBA order fulfillment automation
Click Save
Configuration Settings
FBA Warehouse Name
This field defines which warehouse represents your Amazon FBA inventory inside 3Dsellers.
This warehouse is used for:
Inventory tracking
Fulfillment mapping
It should match your warehouse setup in Inventory Management
Fulfillment Settings
Configure how orders are fulfilled:
Shipping Method (Required)
Select the shipping service used for fulfillmentBlock Amazon Logistics carrier (Optional)
Prevents Amazon from using its own logistics networkUse unbranded packaging (Optional)
Ships orders without Amazon branding (if supported)
Channel Fulfillment Rules
Choose where automation applies:
Fulfill for all selling channels (except other Amazon accounts)
Fulfill only for selected channels
This lets you control which channels use Amazon fulfillment.
How This Relates to Inventory
This feature does not track or sync inventory itself. Inventory tracking works like this, regardless of whether this automation is on or off:
Connecting your Amazon account automatically creates an FBA warehouse in 3Dsellers, and its quantity stays synced with Amazon in real time.
The quantity shown to a channel (eBay, Shopify, etc.) is the total across all of that product's warehouses added together — FBA plus Default plus any others. FBA is not a "master" warehouse that overrides the rest.
So what does the FBA Warehouse Name field on this page do? It only tells the automation which warehouse to treat as the fulfillment source when routing an order to Amazon — it does not turn inventory tracking on or off, and does not change how quantities are combined.
⚠️ If you want a channel to show only your FBA quantity (not FBA + other warehouses combined), set that product's other warehouses to 0. See Multi-Warehouse Feature (Catalog) for details.
Requirements & Notes
Inventory sync must be enabled for relevant channels to keep stock accurate
The selected FBA warehouse must exist and be properly configured
Automation applies only to the channels you select
This feature is currently marked as Beta
FAQ
What is the difference between FBA and MCF?
FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) – orders from Amazon marketplace
MCF (Multi-Channel Fulfillment) – orders from other channels fulfilled by Amazon
In 3Dsellers, both are managed through the same FBA/MCF Automation feature.
Are all my channels automatically fulfilled?
Only if you select:
“Fulfill for all selling channels”
Otherwise, only the channels you explicitly choose will use FBA/MCF.
Where can I verify which warehouse is used?
Go to:
Integrations → Amazon → Additional Settings
Check the FBA Warehouse Name field and ensure it matches your warehouse setup.
Does this replace Multi-Warehouse?
No.
Multi-Warehouse → controls how inventory is structured and distributed
FBA/MCF Automation → controls how orders are fulfilled
They work together, but serve different purposes.
Best Practices
Use a dedicated warehouse for FBA inventory (e.g., “Amazon FBA”)
Ensure inventory sync is properly configured before enabling automation
Start with selected channels before enabling for all
Regularly verify stock levels to avoid overselling
