The FBA & MCF Automation feature allows you to automate order fulfillment through Amazon and keep tracking updated across your connected sales channels.

With this feature, Amazon handles fulfillment while 3Dsellers manages order routing and tracking updates.

What is FBA & MCF Automation?

When enabled, FBA/MCF automation allows you to:

  • Sell Amazon FBA inventory across multiple channels (eBay, Etsy, Walmart, etc.)

  • Automatically send fulfillment requests to Amazon when an order is placed

  • Automatically update tracking information once the order is shipped

This reduces manual work and ensures faster, more accurate order processing.

How It Works

  1. A customer places an order on a connected channel

  2. 3Dsellers automatically creates an FBA/MCF fulfillment request on Amazon

  3. Amazon fulfills the order

  4. Tracking is synced back to 3Dsellers and updated on the original sales channel

Enabling FBA & MCF Automation

To enable the feature:

  1. Go to Integrations → Amazon

  2. Open your Amazon integration settings

  3. Scroll to Additional Settings

  4. Locate FBA/MCF Automation (Beta)

  5. Toggle Enable FBA order fulfillment automation

  6. Click Save

Configuration Settings

FBA Warehouse Name

This field defines which warehouse represents your Amazon FBA inventory inside 3Dsellers.

  • This warehouse is used for:

    • Inventory tracking

    • Fulfillment mapping

  • It should match your warehouse setup in Inventory Management

Fulfillment Settings

Configure how orders are fulfilled:

  • Shipping Method (Required)
Select the shipping service used for fulfillment

  • Block Amazon Logistics carrier (Optional)
Prevents Amazon from using its own logistics network

  • Use unbranded packaging (Optional)
Ships orders without Amazon branding (if supported)

Channel Fulfillment Rules

Choose where automation applies:

  • Fulfill for all selling channels (except other Amazon accounts)

  • Fulfill only for selected channels

This lets you control which channels use Amazon fulfillment.

How This Relates to Inventory

FBA/MCF automation depends on your inventory and warehouse configuration.

  • The FBA Warehouse Name acts as the Amazon inventory location

  • Inventory may be automatically added or updated for selected channels
(depending on your inventory sync settings)

  • Multi-warehouse setups still require:

    • Creating warehouses manually

    • Assigning inventory per warehouse

⚠️ Important:
FBA/MCF automation does not manage warehouse distribution — it relies on your existing warehouse setup.

Requirements & Notes

  • Inventory sync must be enabled for relevant channels to keep stock accurate

  • The selected FBA warehouse must exist and be properly configured

  • Automation applies only to the channels you select

  • This feature is currently marked as Beta

FAQ

What is the difference between FBA and MCF?

  • FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) – orders from Amazon marketplace

  • MCF (Multi-Channel Fulfillment) – orders from other channels fulfilled by Amazon

In 3Dsellers, both are managed through the same FBA/MCF Automation feature.

Are all my channels automatically fulfilled?

Only if you select:

  • “Fulfill for all selling channels”

Otherwise, only the channels you explicitly choose will use FBA/MCF.

Where can I verify which warehouse is used?

Go to:

Integrations → Amazon → Additional Settings

Check the FBA Warehouse Name field and ensure it matches your warehouse setup.

Does this replace Multi-Warehouse?

No.

  • Multi-Warehouse → controls how inventory is structured and distributed

  • FBA/MCF Automation → controls how orders are fulfilled

They work together, but serve different purposes.

Best Practices

  • Use a dedicated warehouse for FBA inventory (e.g., “Amazon FBA”)

  • Ensure inventory sync is properly configured before enabling automation

  • Start with selected channels before enabling for all

  • Regularly verify stock levels to avoid overselling
