Find How Many Times Each Listing Sold (Filter or eBay Report)

Two ways to see how many times each listing sold: the Quantity Sold column in the Listings table, or a custom CSV report in Report Center.

You can see how many times each listing has sold directly in the Listings table - no report needed.

  • Go to Listings & Products and open your listings for the relevant seller account.

  • Click Add Filter (or the column picker) and select Quantity Sold under the Price & Inventory group.

  • The Quantity Sold column will appear in the table, showing the total number of units sold per listing.

  • You can also use Quantity Sold as a filter to find your best or worst performers - for example, filter to listings where Quantity Sold is greater than 10.

This is the fastest way to get a quick overview of sales performance per listing.
