How to Apply and Remove Design Templates on eBay Listings

Learn how to apply or remove listing design templates on eBay — individually, automatically, or in bulk using the 3Dsellers Listing Designer.

The 3Dsellers platform offers several ways to apply and remove listing designs. Apply or remove designs:


Apply Design to Individual Listing

  • While editing a listing, you can select or change your template in the Description section of the editor:

If you want to employ a strategy of using multiple templates for different categories and types of listings, apply a filter before following the steps below!

  • Navigate to Design → Listing Designer → Listings

  • Select multiple, or all of your listings

  • Select Apply Template from the Bulk Actions menu

  • Select the template and Apply to eBay

Remove a Template from Listings

You can remove a design template from one or more listings in bulk using the Listing Designer.

  • Navigate to DesignListing DesignerListings

  • Select the listings you want to remove the template from.

  • Click Bulk Actions and select Remove Template.

  • Confirm the action — the template will be stripped from the selected listings and the update will be pushed to eBay.

💡 Tip: Use filters to narrow down listings by template, category, or other criteria before removing, especially if you only want to remove the template from a specific subset of listings.
