What the 3Dsellers Suppliers page does and does not do
The Suppliers page in the 3Dsellers Product Catalog is an address book for the vendors you buy from.
It stores each supplier's code, name, website, handling time in business days, address and contact person.
It lets you search, edit and delete suppliers in one table.
It feeds the Supplier field of the Catalog product editor, where one product can have several suppliers.
It does not create purchase orders. Automatic CSV Purchase Orders for Suppliers (eBay Reports Example) builds purchase orders from reports and labels suppliers with listing tags, which is a separate feature.
Open the Suppliers page in the 3Dsellers Product Catalog
In the left menu, click the Product Catalog icon.
Under Products Settings, click Suppliers. It sits between Custom Attributes and Automations. If the group is closed, click Products Settings to open it.
The page is headed Suppliers. Create Supplier is at the top left, the Search box is at the top right, and the table shows 15 suppliers per page. Use the 15/page menu at the bottom right to show 50, 100 or 200.

Code: required. A short code for the supplier, shown in the Supplier Code column.
Name: required. The supplier's name.

Handing Time: a number of Business Days, the supplier's handling time.
Street, City, State, Zip Code and Country: the supplier's address. You type the country; it is not a list.

Attach a supplier to a product in the 3Dsellers Catalog product editor
Create the supplier on the Suppliers page if it is not there yet.
Open the product in the Product Catalog editor.
In the General Details section, open the Supplier field.
Select one or more suppliers from the list.
Save the product.
The Supplier field is optional. It lists the suppliers saved on the Suppliers page, and you can select several for one product. Supplier is not one of the attributes you can pick when you edit attributes in bulk. To add a new product first, see How to Create a New Product in 3Dsellers Products Catalog.
⚠️ A supplier that is attached to products cannot be deleted. Its trash icon is disabled, with the tooltip “You cannot remove the supplier with products.” Delete works only for a supplier that no product uses.
Edge cases for 3Dsellers suppliers
The supplier dialog checks only that Code and Name are filled in. It does not check the format of Website, Email, Phone or handling time, so check them for typos.
Give each supplier its own Code, so you can tell suppliers apart in the Suppliers list.
What the 3Dsellers Suppliers page will not do

It will not delete a supplier that is attached to products.
It will not delete or edit several suppliers at once.
