The 3Dsellers Webstore is your own website that shows your eBay listings. You set it up in Marketing > Webstore in the left menu: choose the store address, a template, a logo and header, and the store settings. When a visitor is ready to buy, the Webstore sends them to eBay's checkout, so every sale still happens on eBay.
⚠️ The Template and Logo & Header tabs have no Save changes button. A template card's Save, every logo, header or background tile and a new Sort by: choice are saved the moment you click.

Where do I find the 3Dsellers Webstore?
In the left menu, click Marketing (the megaphone icon).
Pick your eBay account at the top of the Marketing menu. Each eBay account has its own Webstore.
Click Webstore. It opens six tabs: Store Address, Template, Logo & Header, Settings, Multi Language and Facebook Page.
The Webstore is for eBay accounts only. No eBay account connected? See How to Connect Your Selling Channels in 3Dsellers (Overview).
How do I set my Webstore address?
Your Webstore address always starts with https://www.webstoreplace.com/store/. On the Store Address tab you choose only the last part.
Open Marketing > Webstore > Store Address.
In the field after the fixed beginning, type the name you want, for example my-car-parts.
Click Save changes.
To copy the full address, click the copy icon at the right end of the field.
The address rules for the Webstore:
Use letters, numbers and hyphens. Spaces, underscores, dots and symbols such as @, #, / or ? are not allowed.
The address cannot contain the word ebay, in any mix of capitals.
An empty address or one that breaks a rule shows “Please input valid domain”. An address that is already taken shows “Domain not available”.
Only the part after /store/ can change. You cannot use your own domain name.
How do I choose a Webstore template?
The Template tab shows six designs: Win 8 style, Electrify black, French Lilac, Verde, Aquarius and Cherry Blossom. The template in use has a check mark. Until you save a template, the tab shows Verde as selected.
Open Marketing > Webstore > Template.
Point at a template card. Its description appears with two buttons.
Click Preview to see your Webstore with that template in a new window. Nothing is saved.
Click Save to switch your Webstore to that template. It is saved at once.
Verde (green), Aquarius (blue) and Cherry Blossom (smoky pink) are one layout in three colours.
How do I change the Webstore logo and header?
The Logo & Header tab has no Save button: every tile click is saved at once.
Logo (1): under Choose a logo:, click a ready-made logo to use it. To use your own, click Drop file here or click to upload and choose an image. The recommended size is 175 x 146 pixels.
Header (2): click Featured item, Designed header or Upload header to open that option, then pick what you want inside it.
The three Webstore header options:
Featured item - one of your items is shown in the header. Sort by: picks which one: Best Match, Newly Listed Item, Ending Soonest Item, Most Expensive Item or Cheapest Item. A new choice saves at once. Pick a background: sets the image behind it (Verde only).
Designed header - five ready-made header images. Click one to use it.
Upload header - upload your own header image. The recommended size is 960 x 300 pixels.
You use either a featured item or a header image, not both: picking one turns the other off. A logo or header you uploaded has a red round X that removes it (“Remove Image” on logos).
How do I fill in the Webstore settings?
The Settings tab holds your store details.
General Settings (1): type a Store title:. Choose Items per page: (24, 48 or 96) and Sort items by:. Under Categories:, keep Include all categories, or pick Include only specific categories and choose the eBay categories to show.
About Page (2): pick an Email: from the list and type a Phone:. Then choose what the contact link does: Redirect user to eBay messaging system or Let user contact you by email.
Write your About us:, Shipping Policy: and Return Policy: text in the editors below.
Scroll down and click Save changes.
How do I add social links, Google Analytics or custom code?
The lower part of the Webstore Settings tab saves with the same Save changes button.
Social Networks: paste your page links into Facebook URL:, Twitter URL:, Pinterest URL: and Instagram URL:.
Google Analytics: (1) paste your Google Analytics Measurement ID. It starts with G-, like the hint G-xxxxxxxx. See Add Google Analytics to Your eBay Webstore and Submit It to Google.
Custom HTML: (2) paste code for the page head into Head code: and code for the page body into Body code:. To restyle your store, see Advanced edit your eBay Webstore's style with user-friendly CSS code.
How do I change the words on my Webstore?
The Multi Language tab (Multi Language Mapping) lets you replace the Webstore's built-in words with your own, for example in your buyers' language.
Open Marketing > Webstore > Multi Language.
Next to a word, type the text you want instead.
Click Save changes at the bottom.
The words you can replace are listed in two groups:
Top Menu: Home, About Us, Contact Us.
Product Area: Buy Now, Free Shipping, Our Products, Search, Categories, Description, Products, Product, Share, Condition, Rate me!, votes, Quantity.
How do I link my Facebook Page Shop Now button to my Webstore?
The Webstore Facebook Page tab gives you your Webstore link to use on your Facebook business Page. It does not create a store on Facebook, and the Webstore has no Facebook Store option.
Open Marketing > Webstore > Facebook Page.
Under “Link "Shop Now" button to your Webstore:”, click Copy Webstore Link. The message “Copied to clipboard !” confirms it.
On your Facebook business Page, paste the link into the Page's Shop Now button. Visitors then open your Webstore in a new browser tab.
No Facebook business Page yet? The tab's “See tutorial” link opens a video tutorial.
Troubleshooting
My Webstore address shows Please input valid domain
The Webstore address is empty or breaks a rule. Use only letters, numbers and hyphens, and leave out the word ebay. Underscores, dots and spaces are not allowed.
My Webstore address shows Domain not available
That Webstore address is already taken. Add a word or a number to it and save again.
My Webstore logo or header changed or went missing
On the Logo & Header tab every tile click is saved at once, so a stray click can replace your logo or header. Check which tile has the green frame and click the one you want. If your Webstore still shows the old one, reload it with a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5 on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac).
Saving my Webstore settings shows No Seller
The Webstore needs a connected eBay account. Connect your eBay account, select it at the top of the Marketing menu, then save again.
My Webstore change did not stay
A successful save shows “Your changes are saved.” An “Error!” message means the save failed and the old value came back, so make the change again. On Store Address, Settings and Multi Language, click Save changes before you leave the tab.
