Troubleshooting: Page Not Loading · Features Not Updating · Display Issues · Missing or Extra Listings on 3Dsellers

Sometimes web pages, features or elements appear broken, incomplete, or stuck—like listings missing, features not updating, or pages not loading properly. Before contacting support, please try the following three quick checks:

1. Force a full refresh

Sometimes your browser is showing an old, cached version of the page. On Windows: press Ctrl + F5 (on Mac: Cmd + Shift + R) while on 3Dsellers, after you’ve saved any unsaved work. This forces the browser to reload everything from the server and often resolves loading/display glitches.

2. Try an incognito/private window

Open a private (Incognito) browser window and sign into 3Dsellers again. Because private windows don’t reuse existing browser cache or extensions in the same way, this helps determine whether the issue is caused by a browser extension, cached data or cookies interfering.

3. Use a different browser

If the issue still persists, try switching to a different browser (for example: Chrome ↔ Firefox ↔ Edge ↔ Safari). This helps identify whether the problem is browser-specific (for example, caused by an outdated version or a browser-specific bug).

Still not fixed?

If none of the above resolves the issue, please contact our support team and provide:

  • A clear description of the problem (e.g., “The Listings page shows only 10 items though I have 200 active”).

  • The browser and version you are using (e.g., Chrome v109 or Safari v17).

  • Whether you attempted the refresh/private window/alternate browser steps above.

  • Screenshots or screen-recordings showing what you see (if possible).
We’ll be happy to investigate further and assist you.

Why these steps often work

  • Browsers cache lots of data (scripts, stylesheets, images) to speed up page loading; sometimes those caches become outdated or corrupted, leading to display issues.

  • Browser extensions or plugins can interfere with how a page loads or renders—testing in a fresh/private window or alternate browser rules this out.

  • Different browsers interpret code somewhat differently, so a browser-specific problem can be spotted by switching.

If these solutions do not work, please contact support and we'll be happy to help!
