With 3Dsellers, you can list your WooCommerce products on Shopify automatically - no manual importing or publishing.
You set this up once with two automations. After that, every new WooCommerce listing flows into your Catalog and is published to Shopify on its own. You can even let AI write the Shopify title and description along the way.
How It Works
• Automation 1 (Listings): watches for new WooCommerce listings and imports them into your Catalog
• Automation 2 (Catalog): watches for new Catalog products and publishes them to Shopify
Step 1 - Auto-import WooCommerce listings into the Catalog
Go to Listings & Products → Automations and click New Automation.
Set Channel to WooCommerce
Set the Trigger to Item Listed (fires when a new listing is created - the exact label may vary slightly by channel)
Add the action Import Products to Catalog
Choose how existing products are handled - Merge (default) fills only missing fields and never overwrites existing data
Click Save and Activate
Step 2 - Auto-publish new Catalog products to Shopify
Go to Products → Automations (Catalog) and click New Automation.
Set the Trigger to Product Created
(Optional) Add a Filter so only certain products publish (for example, by Category, Tag, or Title)
Add the action Publish Products to Channel
Choose your Shopify store and a mapping template
Click Save and Activate
Step 3 (Optional) - Let AI Write the Shopify Content
In the same Automation 2, add these actions before Publish to Channel so the content is ready when the product is listed:
• Generate AI Product Titles
• Generate AI Product Descriptions
• Generate AI Product Bullet Points (optional)
Each generation uses AI credits, so keep an eye on your balance.
Good to Know
• Actions run in the order they are listed.
• Check Products → Automations → Logs to see what ran and catch any errors.
• Verify your Category Mapping (Catalog → Products Settings → Category Mapping) so Shopify categories resolve correctly.
• Click here and make sure your Shopify store is connected before activating.
